The second guest bedroom features 2 twin beds with an attached full bath. The unit has a queen size sofa-sleeper. There is plenty of seating on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon drinks or dinner with the family. The unit has a full size washer and dryer inside and free wi-fi is provided. There are flat screen televisions in each of the bedrooms and living room.

Bella Luna offers 3 large outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, state of the art fitness center with TV's attached to equipment, a sauna, steam room, and a first come first serve tie-up area for your boat. There are charcoal grills and a picnic area overlooking the water. This condo is within walking distance of the Flora Bama and the Flora Bama Yacht Club. Beach access is just across the street. There are water views from every direction.

Chair rentals are available during the late spring, summer & early fall on the beach. Parking passes must be purchased onsite for an additional cost.

**There are boat slip rentals for $50.00 per day that you can rent by getting in touch with the Bella Luna front desk property manager given there are any slips to rent. **Boat trailers are NOT allowed to park on Bella Luna properties. Guest must make their own accommodations for their personal boat trailers.

*Primary guest must be 25 years of age. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Bella Luna HOA policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25. You can purchase up to 2 parking passes from the front desk when you arrive.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
