La maison est entièrement rénovée avec tous les détails haut de gamme, 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains, 6 couchages, cuisine intérieure et extérieure, belle piscine et spa.

Ne soyez pas trompé par d'autres maisons ici à Cape Coral FL. L'emplacement est tout, et nous sommes dans le seul quartier de la plage à Cape Coral. Nous sommes dans le quartier de yacht club qui est en bas de la rue de la plage, à moins d'une minute de la vieille ville vers le bas Cape Coral, où, restaurants, et la vie nocturne se trouve tous les commerces. Cependant, encore une zone très calme et paisible.

Excellent location

This was a beautiful home very close to several of our favorite restaurants. Weather was too cold for the pool, sadly, but we loved our stay.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön , Nöhe Jachtclub und Strand und Shopping . SEHR geräumig und wunderschöne Poolanlage mit Outdoorküche. Leider konnten wir weder den Pool, der NICHT beheizt war , noch die Outdoorküche, die ein Schild OUT OF ORDER DANGER! dran hatte nutzen. Es gibt keine Vorortbetreuung mit Einweisung noch liegen irgendwelche hilfreiche Info vor…. Service leider eine Katastrophe. Das Haus ist SEHR schön und wenn dann mal alles funktioniert hat man einen wunderschönen Urlaub

Everything included

Home was very clean and efficient. The location is even better than anticipated. Pool and hot tub was operated perfectly with no issues and lots of heat. If i had to come up with issue , it was the tv in master was unable to connect. Nor , cable. Living room tv , we could stream , but had issues with speed.

Wonderful Vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac - very private and close to food shopping and restaurants. The pool and spa were wonderful with great landscaping and enough privacy. The rooms were nicely done - loved the TV room with reclining sofas.Hosts were easy to contact and responded quickly. FYI- as of now the grill on the lanai not working but there is a good grill in the garage to use.

Well equipped home in great location.

We had a lovely stay over the Festive period and were able to relax in the comfortable home. The property was as described and well located for easy access to shops, restaurants and cafes.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We had a fantastic stay - the pool and hot tub were for sure a plus, and we really enjoyed soaking up the sun on the pier. We utilized the kitchen daily, cooked on the grill in the garage and everything seemed to be well stocked. We went to the Yacht Club beach - it was a very short drive. Although it was quite small, we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the sunshine. Ft. Myers Beach was just a 30 minute drive as well. We would recommend this location for anyone wanting to stay in Cape Coral.

We absolutely loved our stay in Cape Coral. So much to do!! Even with lots to do outside the home, just staying in was very relaxing. The pool and hot tub was amazing!! Can't wait to go back in October!!!!

Custom Pool and Amazing Landscape

This Cape Coral property is totally amazing! The amazing landscape plus custom rock pool/spa and lanai is what attracted us to this property. Inside the house is huge! The kitchen has tons of space with everything you need to fix that morning cup of coffee to cook dinner. All the furniture was very comfortable. The property owner was great to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed to access and enjoy the property while we were there. The few issues we had while we were there with the air conditioner and blower for the spa where taken care of immediately and we really appreciated that. Unfortunately, our wonderful stay at this property would be interrupted by hurricane Ian. We scheduled to stay for 9 days but only got 5. The owner graciously refunded our money for the days that we missed. While we were there, we had to keep a close eye on the approaching hurricane. The owner made sure we had all the information we needed to decide for ourselves whether to stay in the area for the rest of our vacation or to evacuate the area. We know that in the aftermath of Ian, there was a lot of destruction of life and property done in SW Florida and our thoughts go out to those people. We did hear that this property made out fairly well and considering the damage that was done to properties in the area, we wish everyone well in their efforts to recover and rebuild in this beautiful area. We would love the opportunity to stay in this fantastic property again.

We lived in The Cape for 4 years and rented this home because we lived a mile away from it before and the location is perfect. The home is beautiful and all necessities were there. Would definitely recommend this home

Beautiful Property

Property owner was very prompt and willing to help if needed. It was not needed- the home was well put together and a great location. It has a unique pool that is great to relax in. Would definitely rent again!

Awesome place!

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the pool area! We made a great game out of the floating basketball hoop and had a blast. There are a ton of floats, pool towels and coolers. They even have bicycles and fishing gear. We would definitely go back.

Perfect vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The pool was so nice and even the baby enjoyed the shallow shelf to play in the water! The canal was fun to fish and kayak in. We only left the house a few times to visit the beach and nearby parks...my kids didn't want to leave. House was well stocked and grocery stores were close by. We had a great time!

Great house with nice pool and hot tub. Enjoyed our stay. Everything just as pictured. It was great to be able to use garage to park the car. Would recommend to anyone looking for a property like this.

Another great vacation in Cape Coral

This is our second stay at this property. Property is pretty close to the pictures. We got a text from property manager on day 1 asking if we needed anything and to give us her contact info. Everyone is super friendly from the pool service to the neighbors. One of the neighbors is having his pool re-done so some construction going on but instead of an inconvenience, it was a good excuse to talk to him. Super nice guy and even the workers were smiling and always said hello. Found the bed comfy, honestly my only wish was to get the pool warmer at night which might be a big ask in December. The hot tub always was hot enough for us though.

Amazing Property!

This property is truly amazing! Very clean and has so many high end features! This property offers so much space and comfort. The pool area is so relaxing, clean and so many high end features. The dock area on the canal was clean/new. Fishing wasn't a real success but seeing a mama duck with her babies daily tells me there may have been nothing in the water anyway :) The property grounds were maintained and beautiful. The palm trees were amazing! The couch in the TV room offered more comfort in the evening when winding down from a busy day or just reading a book. The music that can be turned on through a system that is played through the speakers throughout the whole house is awesome! Only occupied the master bedroom which was spacious and comfortable. Other 2 bedrooms were also spacious and those beds seemed to be on the firmer side. Master bath was super clean and updated. The location of the home was within 5 mins of restaurants and grocery stores. It is located at the end of a residential street and tucked away from any hustle/bustle. We totally recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet get-a-way!

Disappointed

Initially, we were not told that we had to enter this property via the garage. We ended up locked out of the house on the first day. The first evening we noticed the master suite fan was extremely loud and annoying and the bed was bowing in the middle. After our first night, my boyfriend was unable to sleep in the bed due to neck and back issues caused by the bed. He slept the next 6 nights out on the couch. We notified the manager and nothing was done to correct any of these issues. On the last day of our stay, we woke to a stranger in the back yard which we found to be the poolman. There was no notice that he would be coming by or dumping chemicals in the pool. It was an invasion of our privacy and ruined our clothing because we did not realized it had been aggressively chlorinated. The dishwasher did not work properly and would leave dishes sopping wet at the end of the cycle. There was no guidance on how to work any of the lighting. The hot water would intermittently run out despite the amount of use. Overall super disappointing for the price we paid. Reached out to the manager hoping for some resolution and all we got was a sorry and have a safe trip home.
