We stayed for two weeks and had a great time. Nice House, beautiful garden, fine little beach, quiet village (in June). The owners are extremely friendly and nice people, we liked them very much.
The Garden is the Highlight. We enjoyed every minute!
We spent a week here and couldnât have picked a better base-camp for our visit to the Peloponnese. The lot is quite large, very secluded, and beautifully landscaped. Thereâs a garden behind the house loaded with vegetables. Several fruit trees are incorporated into the lush landscaping as it leads down to a tranquil beachfront with a magnificent view of the adjacent peninsula. We enjoyed the nearby beaches, villages, and castles. The people everywhere were friendly and hospitable. The scenery was breathtaking.
The owners are the kindest, most welcoming people weâve ever met (not exaggerating) and insisted that we indulge in the tomatoes, cucumbers, persimmons, and oranges (best weâve ever tasted). The house and grounds are VERY clean and well-maintained. Everything you could possibly need is well-stocked including toiletries, paper products, detergent, extra bedding, towels, and even Niki's home-made jams, biscotti, pastries, olives, and olive oil, PLUS fresh eggs from their chickens. We were celebrating my 60th and were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a birthday card...so thoughtful!
The house is exceptionally comfortable, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the multiple patio areas and outdoor shower. Niki and Vasilis are the warmest, most generous people you could ever hope to meet. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When we called upon them for assistance with an unfortunate medical problem my husband was having they went out of their way to find us a doctor in Kalamata and even made arrangements for us to speak with him on a Sunday evening. Weâve used VRBO for vacations all over the world; this by far has been the most memorable experience weâve ever had. We'll never forget how wonderful these owners and their neighbors were in helping us through a difficult situation. They were truly amazing!
The location, garden and property delivered everything weâd hoped for.
The host Niki could not had been more kind and helpful, providing us with fresh produce from the garden and eggs from her chickens. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and more, including fresh herbs, olive oil, honey and jam. We received such a warm welcome with so much generous and kindness.
The beautifully maintain garden was like paradise, with fruit trees and colourful flowers and several areas for sunbathing and eating outside. The prize aspect was the gate at the end of the garden to the beach and swimming in the warm water of the Messinian Gulf. A paddle board and sea kayak was all we needed for entertainment. The house is a short walk from Agios Andrea village with its small harbour, handful if restaurant ants, coffee shops and mini-markets.
We had our best family vacation in Agios Andreas this year. We have 3 boys aged from 1 to 7 years old and the house could not be better for us. Great and very clean house, amazing & huge garden with all the trees you can imagine (fresh fruit directly from the trees), an amazing tree house overlooking the sea, the beach right there at the end of the garden (a sea turtle had just laid eggs on the beach which was fascinating) and an external shower with heating under banana trees for when you come back from the beach. But what is even more important is the hospitality of Mrs Nicky and Vangelis who made us feel like home! When leaving, our boys just told us: we want to come back next year!! And we will!! Thank you for our lovely vacation!! ÎÏ ÏαÏÎčÏÏÎżÏΌΔ ÏÎżÎ»Ï ÎłÎčα ÏÎčÏ Ï ÏÎÏÎżÏÎ”Ï ÎŽÎčαÎșÎżÏÎÏ!
The Family-Friendly Villa was truly the best accommodation weâve stayed in so far! Between the luxuriously abundant gardens and landscaping, the beautiful panoramic views from the villaâs two vine-covered spacious and private patios and second floor terrace, its quiet pristine beachfront location and the villaâs close proximity to various delicious restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing excursions, the amazing amenities and warm gracious hospitality of the property owners (Niki and her husband) we couldnât have asked for a better place to stay.. Niki welcomed us with homemade fruit preserves and a tin of biscotti, freshly harvested tomatoes and lemons, feta cheese, and fresh eggs from the propertyâs gardens and chicken house. Additionally, the owners were very helpful in providing recommendations, local area maps and information to ensure we enjoyed the best travel experience during our 2-week stay. The villa was well equipped, clean, comfortable and had practically everything needed from an iron, washer, hairdryer, sundry toiletries and cleaning products, extra linens, kitchen appliances and pantry staples.
Niki was the perfect hostess and was so kind and helpful that it made our stay better than we couldâve imagined. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone we know heading to the southern Peloponnese region as the villa truly has the warmth and comfortable feel of a home away from home.

All comfort in absolute privacy, incredible garden. Restaurants and shops in walking distance
We spent two weeks in Agios Andreas in June 2018.We are a family with two daughters 12 and 16 years old.The equipment of the house is above standard, including a beautiful flowering garden. For Central is very nice to mold the juice from oranges, which he had picked.Fresh home-grown vegetables and eggs from Mrs. Niki were available throughout the stay. We felt like visiting our family. Beach near the house is almost private, to dinner or in the morning to the bakery can be reached along the beach. One of the few places we've visited, where we'd like to come back.
Thank You once again Ivana with family
We spent almost a month here.
This is a lovely, romantic place with beautiful, well kept secluded garden full of flowers
and trees. The owners - Niki & Vasilis are the most kind, warm -hearted
and generous people we've ever met. They welcomed us with fruits, homemade jams,
olives and olive oil and a tin box filled with the Niki's famous and delicious cookies!
We also enjoyed the vegetables from the small garden behind the house
and the daily supply of fresh eggs from the hens :). We made lots of pancakes throughout our stay! :)
The house is clean and fully equipped with everything you may need
and Niki is always at hand if you need something else.
The neighbours are friendly and helpful. The cats, especially Mia are additional entertainment! :)
The beach in front of the house is quiet, almost private and we enjoyed it fully.
The weather was wonderful in October and we went for swimming almost every day.
The whole area is beautiful and there are many places near around to visit,
explore or just go for a walk.
the house is very comfortable, safe for children , a ready-to-use home, ideal garden for children, safe to play and explore, very hospitable, thoughtful and generous owners, the sea in front of the house this time was a little bit messy, but 100metres away there is a beach bar with a better sea. all around the area, there are nice beaches to explore. many alternatives for food on a walking distance, ideal for relaxing holidays! thank you!
We spent two lovely, peaceful weeks in this house in September. The owners Niki and Vasilis welcomed us with open arms, lots of advice, Greek cakes and bowls of fruit and vegetables from the propertyâs garden. We picked our vegetables during our stay and even got eggs from the chickens. A twenty metre path through the very large, pretty and secluded garden leads to a covered seating area with chairs and a hammock right by the narrow pebble and sand beach. A wonderful place to relax and watch the sun rise or go for a swim in the sea, whenever you like. This is a traditional Greek family home, kept very clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen, in a quiet location with good outdoor facilities, including 2 outside showers with warm water, a small area for outdoor cooking and a BBQ.
Niki is always available over the phone. She and Vasilis visited the house twice during our stay without being intrusive, just to make sure everything was all right. There are also a couple of neighbours who you can ask anything about the house or Ag.Andreas. The village is only about five minutes walk away, along the road or the beach. You can buy fresh fish most mornings at the small harbour and there are restaurants, a bakery and two small supermarkets. The locals are very friendly and helpful. A good, large supermarket with butcher is only three minutes drive away in Nea Koroni.
There were a lot of mosquitoes, day and night. This may just be because the preceding weeks were quite stormy, so make sure you have lots of repellent with you.
We'll certainly be back and very much look forward to it.
