La ville de Sibenik est situĂ©e dans une grande baie oĂč la riviĂšre Krka rencontre la mer. Il est nĂ© d'un ancien fort croate prĂšs de la forteresse de St. Michael, qui surplombe toujours la ville parmi tant d'autres.
Ses rues étroites et sinueuses, ses maisons en pierre, ses nombreux escaliers et les vestiges des murs de la ville confÚrent à Ơibenik cette atmosphÚre méditerranéenne romantique.
Profitez de votre séjour dans une vieille maison en pierre directement sur le front de mer dans le centre de la vieille ville historique de Sibenik. Casa Marina possÚde 2 nouveaux appartements d'une chambre qui ont tous deux une vue imprenable sur la mer Adriatique cristalline ainsi qu'un studio au rez-de-chaussée.
Vous pouvez louer un ou les trois appartements (full house), selon vos besoins.
Chacune des unités d'une chambre dispose d'un intérieur chaleureux et confortable de 70 m2 qui répondra à toutes vos attentes. Great apartment!

This is a huge apartment and is great to stay in. It was very quiet and it has everything you need, even a dishwasher! The windows are lovely to open up and sit by and there is air con/heating in the living and bedroom. The only thing we couldn't work out was why the shower ran out of hot water after 5 minutes. We had a lovely stay in Sibenik despite the wet weather! We visited Vrana Lake and had a guided tour which was brilliant. Also Paklenica and Krka National Park all of which we recommend.

Perfect location and gorgeous property

We were positively surprised when we arrived as the property is much bigger than it appears in the photos (and just as beautiful). We were uncertain whether our children would join us but they did in the end and even with five of us it didn’t feel too crowded. The apartment was sparkling clean and the management company responded very well when we needed help. The location is fabulous and I would certainly recommend.

Great location

An amazing location on the Ć ibenik water front. Extremely close to the city centre, with plenty of restaurants, bars and things to do. The beach can be accessed through a short five minute walk along the water front. Parking can be hit or miss beside the apartment, however Tea organised parking at a local car park that was perfect for the stay. The property gets amazing sunsets, with the sound of yachts and the sea. Would highly recommend for couples looking to explore Ć ibenik.

Tolle Lage, guter Standard

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Lage direkt am Meer in einer urigen Umgebung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Nicht touristisch, man hat (zumindest Ende Mai) das GefĂŒhl unter Einheimischen zu sein. Die Altstadt ist auch in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Waren eine Woche hier, genug Zeit um sich den Ort und die angrenzenden StĂ€dte und krka Nationalpark anzusehen. Sibenik ansich ist recht klein.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfĂŒllt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und die Übergabe der Wohnung waren problemlos. Es war alles sauber und vollstĂ€ndig eingerichtet. Der Vermieter stand bei Fragen und Problemen jederzeit telefonisch zur VerfĂŒgung und hat alles zu unser Zufriedenheit geregelt. Kontaktsprache war Englisch.

Just stay here!!

This property is beautiful. Facilities are superb ... bathrooms, kitchen, living room. Location along front road with windows facing waterfront is wonderful. You get to hear the sound of boats rocking in the waves at night. Very relaxing. Teodora (manager) is not on location but is available by SMS/texting, so its helpful to have a phone (Traveler SIM cards are 80-85 KN for one week unlimited data, so very cheap!). However, she is VERY responsive by SMS/texting and will answer all your questions. If you bring a car, parking is tough since there is only the spots in front of the unit and they are often full. We were fortunate to find spaces available when we needed them. Otherwise, you must park a 5 minute walk away for a small fee. This is still a lot easier than many cities in Croatia. If you have no car then you will have to roll your suitcase to the end of the waterfront. But if you are traveling throughout Croatia, then you will soon learn that this is the normal for every waterfront city, so nothing unusual here. Sibenik is a small town place which we thoroughly enjoyed and would have like to stay longer. We had 3 nights here and could have stayed a couple more easily. My recommendation is to stop looking right now and book this.

Great location in a charming city full if history

Very nice apartment on the harbor: what a delight to open the shutters every morning and let the sea breeze come in not mentioning the beautiful view on a small but quaint harbor. The owner's contact was nice and helpful and the parking wasn't a problem for us yet. We anticipated that it could become an issue during full summer months. Only problem was with the mosquitoes at night which we didn't anticipate at all so we had to keep the windows closed. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Spring holiday in Sibenik

Everything was perfect. The apartment is really very beautiful and well equipped. We enjoyed stay in Sibenik very much. However, there was a little bit problem with parking on the waterfront.

lovely apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Marina. The apartment had everything we needed, was very spacious and comfortable. We loved sitting at the windows admiring the sunsets and watching the activity on the water and towards the restaurants. We enjoyed the walk to the cathedral and also to the nearby beach. We felt very safe in the apartment. Tea was extremely helpful in advance of our visit with tips and suggestions and also helped us with arrangements to get a forgotten cable at a previous apartment shipped to us, by dealing over the phone. Much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

This is a very large apartment with all mod-cons. It has heating and air con. The views from the windows are great and it is a quiet area. The building has been very tastefully modernised and is excellent value for money. It is only a very short walk to the restaurants and bars. Sibenik is a lovely place to stay.
