Bring the whole crew to our spacious mountain retreat! Located just 15 minutes from Boone, this newly built 5-bedroom home spans over 5,000 square feet and is packed with amenities for all ages. Enjoy the outdoor hot tub, pool and ping pong tables, arcade games, and a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. With high-speed WiFi, smart TV streaming, and flat, easy-access parking, this secluded getaway offers the perfect blend of peace and proximity to local attractions.
The hosts are readily available for any guest needs and can be reached directly through the booking platform’s messaging system or by phone/text.
Crider Creek Manor is nestled in a small private neighborhood with beautiful natural landscaping. The main road through the neighborhood is gravel and the house is located only about 1/4 mile from main intersecting road. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors and guests can often be seen going on daily walks. The house itself sits on a slight declining slope and often gives off the feeling of staying in a treehouse with all the mature trees surrounding the home.
Guests are permitted to access all areas of the home, excluding the owner closets. The garage is also available for guest use, although parking in the garage is not permitted.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful mountain home. For a big family of 3 generations, we had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy each other’s time together. From cooking, playing games, ping pong die hard tournaments, App State Graduation, relaxing in the hot tub, sitting around the fire pit telling stories, we all found just being home was most fun!! Great accommodations for a large group! Lovely home. We will definitely be back.

While the neighborhood itself is very small and private, guests are free to take walks along the main road. There is ample room for parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles and guests will find that they can park their vehicles very close to the front door with almost stairless entry into the house (3 steps required to ascend before reaching the front door), making it very easy to bring in their luggage and groceries.
Guests will be asked to provide a valid photo ID and review and electronically sign our rental agreement upon booking.
