Valley Farmhouse Retreat is conveniently located centrally to Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk.

Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life to enjoy the simple elegance of the home in a park-like setting with tall pines and sprawling grounds. The farmhouse ambiance is warm and inviting with carefully selected decor, French Oak and Belgium Limestone flooring with plenty of natural light from the windows offering picturesque views of the surrounding landscape. There are multiple sitting spaces, dining spaces, and a formal living room with a stacked stone wood burning fireplace. The gourmet chef's kitchen with marble counters includes high end appliances and a second prep kitchen provides additional appliances and kitchen space. You will also find several small kitchenettes with coffee bars providing a wonderful set up for entertaining family and friends. Wrap around decks and tiered patios with plenty of outdoor seating takes the living outdoors. The back patio offers a wood burning smokeless fire stove, a large gas grill and a sauna with an outdoor shower.

With 6 bedrooms, two on the main floor and 4 upper level rooms, there is accommodations for up to 16 guests. Each bedroom includes private ensuite bathroom equipped with luxury Waterworks bathroom fixtures. The bedrooms are each uniquely and elegantly designed offering a quiet place to retreat.

The Carriage House above the garage boasts a large TV, plenty of seating, tables and games for a fun place to hang out. There is even a full kitchen in the Carriage House making it easy to provide drinks and snacks while socializing.

Valley Farmhouse Retreat is equipped with central heating and air conditioning with thermostats in each bedroom and two zones in the main living areas. The Carriage House includes a mini-split for climate control. There is high speed WIFI with multiple mesh TP links throughout the home for a strong signal throughout. Smart TV's throughout can be used to log into personal streaming accounts, there is no live TV service provided. Firewood can be added to a reservation and will be delivered before or soon after your arrival, additional fees apply. No pets are allowed, please make other arrangements for pets. There are three outdoor cameras : one by the main entry door overlooking the entry, one on the left front corner of the house overlooking the porch sitting area and that entry door and one by the back breezeway door overlooking that entry, the grill and the sauna.
