Each bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen bed, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep for all visitors. The master bedroom includes a private adjoining bathroom. With features such as air conditioning, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer, your stay will be both convenient and enjoyable. The two bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and a bathtub for additional comfort. There is a large covered deck complete with a gas grill and ample seating area. Outside, you will find a yard that is ideal for lawn games and various activities. A boathouse is available for the convenient docking of your watercraft. We believe our property will allow you to fully enjoy all that Lake Martin has to offer. We are situated near popular dining establishments (Oskar’s, Prime Steakhouse, and Niffer’s) and entertainment venues (Chimney Rock and Auburn University), ensuring a delightful and relaxing mini-vacation, weekend retreat, or week-long stay. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.
