Walkout Beach Front 3 Bedroom Condo

This three bedroom condo is the perfect spot to begin your vacation from the moment you walk in the door. No stairs or elevator, just roll your luggage in the front door and walk out the back door to the beach.

The Spanish Main complex is very quiet with only four stories and approximately 60 units. Condo amenities include a heated pool complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas, basic cable, wireless internet and outdoor grill barbeques.

The unit sleeps six in its three spacious bedrooms with a king mattress, queen mattress and two twin mattresses. The 50 inch smart TV in the living room is perfect for watching movies or your favorite show. There are also two 32 inch flat-panel TV's in two of the bedrooms. The unit is complete with boogie boards, beach toys for the kids, beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella.

The kitchen appliances have been upgraded (2014) to stainless steel and the kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation with dinnerware and cutlery for 12. New cabinets and countertops were installed in 2016, making the kitchen very nice and new! A washer and dryer is contained within the unit just off the kitchen to make laundry a breeze.

Whether you are vacationing with the family and want to enjoy the beach and pool, or are looking for a romantic getaway with spectacular sunrises looking out on the Atlantic ocean and long walks on the beach, this unit at Spanish Main is the perfect vacation property.

Great Location, Good Facility

We had a great time at Spanish Main. The facility was well maintained. The apartment was not as clean as we expected but all in all we enjoyed the stay. All communication with the owners were prompt and courteous. The apartment is for sale. At this time don't expect a completely updated place. But you cannot beat the location.

2025 Memorial Day

Location was great. The amenities were a little lacking. We had six people but only 7 bath towels which we did not find until day 2 in the dryer. We had 2 windows they left the storm shutters down. I sent message through VRBO app to host about towel/etc but did not get a response. Master shower had mold in corners and on shower curtain. Unit had a very musty smell. There were spiders in bedroom with 2 beds.

The place was clean and perfectly located to the beach and walking distance to a great place for coffee/breakfast. Will def go back again.

Beware of Bed Bugs

Our vacation was a nightmare and anxiety-ridden because of the one night we stayed here. Not only did we arrive and the place smelled overwhelmingly of mold and mildew, the AC was not working and the cleaning crew appeared to have left halfway through their clean (vacuum still plugged in, pillows everywhere, insulin in fridge, clothes in drawers etc) but WORST OF ALL, we discovered BED BUGS during our one night there. Like an infestation of fully grown, adult bed bugs. We left the next morning with our four kids in tow- two in our party having over 50 bites on their bodies from the one night there. We were moved to a nice place in Merritt Island by the property management company but truly I could not relax all vacation as I was sure we brought the bugs with us on luggage or something. Then we did end up finding them on my daughter's pack n play and another item so we trashed some things and headed home so I could properly sanitize and launder etc. Our vacation was refunded thankfully. But truly I can't believe this place was rated so highly on VRBO and that VRBO is still advertising it as rentable!!! We will not use VRBO again due to this experience; too risky; too traumatizing!!!

Fantastic family vacation

Property was as described and beautiful! Easy access to the beach and pool, gorgeous views, and a quiet, family friendly environment. My 4 year old loved playing in the grassy area right outside the patio!

Great location, spacious, and owners were great to work with. We had a slight hiccup with the WIFI. The owners tried to help, but it wasn't their fault. The company in charge of those services were making changes. My family will stay here again.

I loved our condo. It was so family oriented. Close to many shops and ocean frontage. The beach was amazing and not crowded. I would definitely recommend staying here and will again if we happen to get back to Cocoa Beach.

Great location

This was our first visit to Cocoa Beach and we enjoyed it very much. The condo is close to stores, restaurants and attractions. The condo is spacious and has a great layout. This unit is right on the beach and close to the pool. We loved opening the sliding doors and hearing the ocean! A short two minute walk and your on the beach. The condo was well equipped with kitchen items, towels and beach gear. We did have to call the property management the first day about three different issues. One of them was unsafe, a long screw sticking out from the wall. The other two issues were annoying and we fixed them ourselves. The maintenance person came on day three after we called back about the forth issue, which was unsafe also as the screen door was about to fall off completely. The umbrella for the beach is broke and could not be used. The parking is a bad situation. Several times we could not find a spot. I did ask about that when I called on the maintenance, they said we can park in the grass. I think having assigned spots might fix this problem. We would stay in this unit again, over all a good experience.

What a great place to stay! Being right on the beach was such a wonderful convenience. Great sunrises! The kids loved the pool and the beach. The property is very well kept and made it easy to get to all the great things in Cocoa Beach.

Perfect location to beach

We are a family of 6 and were visiting friends that live near cocoa beach. Location was great. All beach chairs and toys that we needed! Was not told thenkey location but the property manager quickly helped us get that straight! We hope to rent again soon.

Great Location

This was a great stay!! My friends and I enjoyed a girls week at Spanish main. All the other tenants and vacationers were really nice and there were great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. The view of the beach was amazing as well. The only down side were the beach chairs and some of the other beach equipment were not great, so definitely bring your own chairs and umbrellas!! Overall though it was a perfect week!

BEST VACATION EVER!!

Truly enjoyed the condo. It was right on the beach, convenient and clean. It is no fancy, but that is NOT what we wanted. It was super easy to find, and the beach was not as busy compared to neighboring condos. LOVED it!!

Perfect Getaway

This property was everything that was advertised! Great location - close to the beach and the pool, and on the first floor. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the warm weather. We would definitely stay here again!!

We travelled to Cocoa Beach a number of years ago with our family of five and stayed at Spanish Main Condos where we quickly fell in love with the complex and the area. The beach is perfect for young kids, easy to walk on, and relatively quiet compared to the more public areas.

We also liked the variety of things to do within a relatively short distance such as miniature golf, the Brevard zoo and natural wildlife reserves. The condo is close to Orlando making day trips to Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios very easy with just over an hour drive away.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We previously stayed in a unit at Spanish Main on the fourth floor which does have spectacular views, but we fell in love with our ground floor unit with the ease of bringing items (i.e. groceries and luggage) right in from the car and being able to walk right out the back door to the pool or beach and not have to deal with waiting for elevators or taking the stairs. The views are even more spectacular when you can walk right outside to see them.
