The main house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath space with a large bunkhouse. The additional two rooms (we call the guest quarters) are a short stroll around the house to a 2 bedroom,1 bath apartment space that has a small living area, kitchen and screened in porch.

The main living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Sync into the plus size sectional sofa while streaming your favorite content on the large flat panel TV. For some friendly competition, challenge your friends and family to a game of pool, poker, or pinball or ping-pong on the screened in porch.

Prepare gourmet meals in a fully equipped kitchen complete with top of the line appliances with ample counter and pantry space. Use the Blackstone or ceramic egg grill for some burgers and hotdogs outdoors.

After a day of adventure, retreat to one of the five beautifully appointed bedrooms. Each room offers a tranquil and comfortable retreat, ensuring a restful nights sleep for all.

If your group is traveling with 12 people or less, you will only have access to 3 bedrooms/2 baths ( master bedroom, queen bedroom and bunk room). To access the full property you must be traveling with 16. Rates are based on occupancy.

All guests will be required to provide a copy of government issued ID, along with a picture of all license plates of guest vehicles that will be onsite for the duration of your stay.

Your reservation must reflect the number of guests that will be present. Any last minute changes will be subject to a $200 change fee or will be cancelled at our discretion. If any part of the alarm system or alarm pad are unplugged or tampered with for any reason, there will be an additional charge of $200 and you will be asked to leave. The garage space will not be available to VRBO guests. This space is used for private events. The alarm will sound if this area is breached and there will be an additional $200 fine and will be asked to leave. If evidence of smoking or vaping in the house or on the property will result in a $200 fine.
