The perfect solution for 8 people, conveniently located near a variety of activities!
You are renting a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom unit in a duplex property with a shared patio/pool area with the other unit. The unit itself is totally private, but the patio/pool area is shared with the guests staying in the other unit (similar to a hotel).
Built in 2024, these brand-new spaces have fully stocked kitchens, a smart TV in every room, and an in-ground, pool!
You'll feel secluded in a new neighborhood; the home is currently surrounded by beautiful, wild palms--but you'll also be central to all the main attractions. Less than 10 minutes to Charlotte Sports Park (check out the Tampa Bay Rays), just over 15 minutes to the beach, and down the street from countless stores and restaurants. This is the perfect getaway for up to 8 people who want to relax or adventure!
To avoid any confusion, potential guests should thoroughly read ALL information below before requesting to book. (We promise that the info below will better prepare you for your trip and answer 99% of your questions!) Thank you!
HOUSE PERKS:
--This rental includes ONE of two side-by-side units. Guests will have a private kitchen with a fridge/freezer, sink, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, blender & coffee maker. Essentials like plates, cups, cookware, utensils, & paper towel will be provided for your use.
--Along with coffee, creamer and sweetener are provided.
--Cooking spray/oil, and salt/pepper are provided.
--You will have 2 full bathrooms: a bathroom attached to the master bedroom, and another bathroom (with tub) off of the kitchens. A hair dryer and showering essentials/bath towels are available.
--All bedrooms have some form of dresser storage and hangers for clothing storage. There is also an iron and ironing board in each laundry room.
--Small beach toys for kids and a large woven beach towel is provided for each guest.
--A few board games are available for your use.
--Lounge chairs: Enjoy four (4) lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Each lounge chair has a weight limit of 250 lbs.
--Guests can park up to two cars in the driveway in front of your unit. If you have all compact cars, up to three may fit, but it is a narrow/one-lane driveway with a total length of only 52 feet. Guests may NOT park on the lawn, as the septic is located in the front yard, and doing so would cause plumbing backups and require major repairs. Currently, the neighborhood is so "new" that we have not had trouble parking across the street on the shoulder of the road.
SLEEPING SET UP:
This listing consists of one unit of a side-by-side duplex under one roof. Each unit sleeps a max of 8 people in the following areas:
King bedroom with attached bath: 2 people
King bedroom: 2 people
Queen bedroom: 2 people
Living Room queen pull out couch: 2 people
White noise machines and blackout curtains are provided in all sleeping areas.
TECHNOLOGY:
--A large, flat screen smart TV is hooked up in each living area and dining area, though we recommend the outdoors over the tube! ;)
--Each bedroom has it's own smart TV as well.
--Wifi is provided. (**Please Note: This is a work in progress! We currently have internet services, but because the neighborhood is so new, the speed of the WiFi is not what it should be. If you require high speed internet, it may be best to bring hotspot for the time being.)
--A washer/dryer is available for your use in each unit.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from:
--Users who already have positive reviews.
--Users who have provided verified government ID.
--Renters that are above the age of 25.
--Renters who are not bringing pets.
--A maximum of 8 guests per reservation. Extra guests are not allowed.
We value our relationship with our neighbors, so events/gatherings/parties are not to be held by guests. In order to keep the home in excellent condition for future guests, we are firm on these rules. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
--Kindly observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in outdoor spaces, during these times to respect those around us.
--Well water: This home features filtered well water. The water is purified, but the natural taste of well water can differ from city water. (We drink well water at our own home, but we mention this here in case you prefer bottled water and would like to bring your own for drinking purposes.)
***Note that if you are bringing infants/babies, the house is NOT baby-proofed. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.) We also do not have a pack-and-play/portable crib, so guests will need to bring their own.***
***As hosts, we have sustained damages to our properties in the past. Because we value our relationships with our neighbors and because we aim to keep the properties in top condition, we do require guests to have previous positive reviews from past trips. If you do not have previous positive reviews from past trips, we do require a fully refundable $500 damage deposit. The deposit is returned on your day check out when the cleaning team arrives and confirms the property is in good condition.***

--Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions and a key code for entry on the morning of their scheduled arrival. All of this will be communicated through messenger.
--Our cancellation policy is moderate.
