Relax on one of the many cozy couches while watching your favorite movie on the smart TV, reading a book, or simply soaking in the beauty of Duck Creek. The wood-burning stove adds warmth and ambiance during the colder months. Savor your home-cooked meals at the dining table with a view that will not disappoint. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need for your culinary endeavors. Become the chef of the mountain, or hire our private chef to cook meals for you (additional charges apply). There is a shared half bathroom and laundry room on this level.

The second bedroom offers a plush king bed, ensuring a restful and luxurious night's sleep. This room is ideal for those seeking extra comfort and privacy.

This level also includes a well-appointed full bathroom, equipped with all the essentials to make your stay more convenient and comfortable. Whether you're preparing for the day ahead or relaxing after an adventure, this bathroom meets all your needs.

‼️⚡️This property is equipped with a Generac generator, ensuring uninterrupted power for the entire house during Duck Creek's common power outages. Never leave your family or friends without power, warmth, or fun! ⚡️‼️

You will have access to the entire property except for the garages (detached and attached), which will be locked during your stay.

We will not be available in person, but we are always available for emergencies or questions.

Duck Creek Village is a small, quaint mountain town that offers quick access to Southern Utah's best national parks. Although we are 'in the mountains,' we are not 'off the grid' and we do have neighbors nearby, so you can expect to see and hear others during the day. The cabin is very close to 'The Village' where the gas station, hardware store, restaurants and pub are located. It's a short drive or a nice walk to get there.

This rental is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with very strict activity restrictions. Violations will result in landlords being fined and security deposits potentially being forfeited. A list of restrictions is available to help you to determine if this rental is suitable for your vacation plans.

🚨‼️ 4WD is REQUIRED in the winter months, from November to April. NO exceptions! Please do not attempt to make it in 2WD with chains. We are at 8,000 feet on the top of a mountain. The roads could be 'clear' upon your arrival and a 2-foot storm can roll in overnight. You need to be prepared with 4WD ‼️🚨

You will have ample parking for you and your guests. We do have a parking spot for trailers, but we do not allow guests to camp in RVs outside. Guests are permitted to stay INSIDE of the property only. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, no exceptions.

We highly recommend that you complete your grocery shopping before driving up the mountain, as there are very limited options for groceries on the mountain. The hardware store has a small grocery selection in case you forget any odds and ends, but I would not rely on this for your entire trip. There are restaurants in The Village and their hours vary depending upon the season. 🛒🍔

We allow house-trained, well-behaved dogs in our home. 2 dogs with a 75-pound weight limit. Dogs ONLY. No cats, birds, fish, lizards, snakes, mini horses, pigs, etc. - sorry! 🐶
