Welcome to Sunnyside Village, nestled in the heart of Murrells Inlet, SC. The community offers a pool and clubhouse. Surrounded by breathtaking saltwater marshes, Murrells Inlet offers stunning views and opportunities for outdoor adventures like kayaking, boating, and birdwatching. The popular Marsh Walk, a scenic boardwalk along the marshes, provides a picturesque setting for leisurely strolls with views of the water, boats, and wildlife. Lined with restaurants, bars, and shops, it’s a perfect spot for dining and unwinding. Dubbed the Seafood Capital of South Carolina, Murrells Inlet is renowned for its fresh seafood. Home to several world-class golf courses, Murrells Inlet is a haven for golf enthusiasts seeking to tee off amidst stunning surroundings. Adjacent to Murrells Inlet, Brookgreen Gardens is a historic sculpture garden and wildlife sanctuary featuring exquisite gardens, outdoor sculptures, and a Lowcountry Zoo. Additionally, you are welcome to enjoy the shared community amenities, including a sparkling pool, outdoor dining areas with BBQ grills, and a clubhouse. These spaces provide the perfect setting to relax, socialize, or unwind after a day of exploring.

Additional Services & Policies
We want to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! The following services are available for an additional fee:
Early Check-In: If available, early check-in can be arranged for a $45 fee. Please contact the host to check availability.
Pet Policy: A $150 additional fee applies for a second pet upon host approval.
Trash & Recycling Pickup: Trash pickup is on Tuesdays. No need to worry about taking the bins to the curb—we have someone who will handle that for you and return the cans after collection. We just ask that you place any bagged trash in the designated outdoor bins before pickup day.
Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: For stays longer than 28 days, an additional $300 cleaning fee will apply. This ensures the home remains fresh and well-maintained for your extended stay.
Bicycle Rentals: Bicycles can be rented and delivered to the property. Contact the host for pricing and arrangements.
Baby Equipment: Need a crib, stroller, or high chair? Baby equipment can be delivered upon request. Let us know in advance to arrange delivery.
Grocery Delivery: Arrive to a fully stocked kitchen! Grocery delivery is available—just let us know your preferences.
