Well letâs just say it was not what I expected. Place was dirty, my stay was downgraded, I was told my original reservation was given away???? According to the desk clerk he said my reservation was no longer available. I called and I also notified them we, me and my son and grandson, would be checking in late. I requested a partial refund, and I was told by the guy on duty that the price I paid VRBO would have gotten me a room like I got. Only good thing was free breakfast.
Front desk phoned twice about Keurig availability; keypad malfunctioned leaving us locked out twice: Once in the middle of the day and once at the end of the night. The only suggestion would be curtains to darken rooms and perhaps actual keys. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!!!
Impossible to get owner to contact you. It would be very helpful to know the name of the condos when hunting for them and that you need to check in at the office. The condo was clean except the floors needed mopping. It was just as described, newer appliances, comfortable beds and lots of space. Good breakfast at the offices.We needed to wash clothes, the washer and dryer did not work.
Nice at first glance, had roaches in room, reservations werenât ready upon arrival and check in was at 3:00 took over an hour to check in. Lights come thru the windows all night.
First, the address does not take you to the property. It takes you to the property before this one and the only instruction I received from the property owner was âgo to the front desk and check in.â I had to ask for the name of the property. Second, we did not get the room pictured. We got a unit with two king beds, which led to us having to go out and buy and air mattress for my daughter to sleep on, as there were 6 of us. The unit was also filthy, the bathrooms and bed sheets were clean, but the floor, counter tops, kitchen table had dust and dirt on them. My daughterâs feet were black from her walking about barefoot the first night. The couch in the living room had towels on it which seemed weird. Underneath revealed a stained couch. The new heating units were incredibly loud. They are new and heated the unit but if you are a light sleeper, you would likely wake up each time they turned on. Finally, when coming back on our last night we got locked out of our room for 45 min with two small children because the key to the property was off site with someone else. To open our door, they just opened the window which was super concerning how easy it opened from the outside. Additionally, communicating with the property owner after voicing my concerns has been zero. She hasnât replied to any of my texts. The only positive was the location and that the front desk/maintenance staff tried to do there best with our issues and were friendly.
