Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.
➤ Availability of free shared driveway parking (3 spaces).

You'll find great dining spots, shopping centers, and plenty of recreational activities nearby, ensuring there's always something fun to do. Whether you're in the mood for fine dining, shopping, or engaging in fun recreational activities, this neighborhood has it all.
It’s a warm, family-friendly environment with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The community is designed with families and vacationers in mind, offering a safe and inviting atmosphere for everyone.
Car: Convenient access to major highways and roads allows for easy travel to nearby attractions and destinations in the region.
Rideshare Services: Popular rideshare apps operate throughout the area, providing convenient door-to-door transportation options.
Shuttle Services: Various shuttle services offer transportation to major theme parks and attractions, providing hassle-free travel for visitors.
Public Bus: Local bus routes serve the area, connecting residents and visitors to nearby communities and transportation hubs.
Bicycle: Cycling is a viable option for short distances within the neighborhood, offering a scenic and environmentally friendly way to explore the surroundings.
➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
Please take a moment to go over my booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.
1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
