Welcome to the Sanctuary at Payette Lake, a serene retreat where luxury meets nature.
Rest and relax at this charming cottage, a mere hundred yards from Payette Lake, and a thousand miles from your worries and cares. Freshly remodeled in the spring of 2024, this sanctuary has all new paint, beds, mattresses, furniture, lighting, and appliances. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor; one with a twin over full bunk bed, a twin trundle, and smart tv, and the other bedroom with a king bed.
The upstairs bathroom has a completely remodeled shower, vanity, and lights, with a small window facing the lake. On the main floor you'll find a spacious living room with a giant high definition tv, a wood burning fireplace, and cozy leather couches. The kitchen has all new everything, from hand-cut butcher block counters to refrigerator, as well as new cabinets, sink, faucet, oven and dishwasher. Marvel at the view from the swiveling bar chairs, or from the expandable dining room table.
Of course, you may prefer to grill outside on the deck, with a canopy of trees and blue Idaho sky, as well as a view of crystal-clear Payette Lake. When it's time to retire for the evening, the ground floor has a master bedroom with brand new, queen bed with Casper mattress, all new furnishings, and a remodeled full bathroom. The other guest room on the same level has a hi-tech, electric sleeper sofa, and a door to the back yard, but it also doubles as a game/entertainment room, with a 43" high definition tv.
Garage parking for one car or kayaks/jet skis. There is additional parking on the west side of the home.

A two-night minimum stay is required, with some dates requiring a 3 or 4-night minimum.
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us â we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
