This recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse in Ski Tip Ranch offers a peaceful mountain setting with room for up to 10 guests. Featuring vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, oversized windows with wooded views, a spacious private deck, and access to the nearby Ski Tip hot tub, this two-story retreat is ideal for families and groups looking to enjoy Keystone year-round. The property has also been updated with all new mattresses throughout, providing enhanced comfort for a restful stay. Conveniently located near the resort shuttle stop, guests have easy access to skiing, dining, shopping, and seasonal activities throughout Keystone Resort.

Everything was beautiful - all the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were a big hit! Beautiful property and loved staying here. Only downfall was the broken fridge. There was a mini backup fridge, but mostly froze our food which made it tough to cook when we wanted to, rather than waiting for it to thaw first. We had so much fun and would absolutely stay again. Pictures didn't do it justice. We were very happy.

Like Home

This is one of the nicest short-term rentals we've used. Absolutely no complaints. It was cozy, beautiful area, comfortable, and quiet. Really appreciate the reasonable off-season prices for those of us on a budget, although it's definitely worth the price during busy ski season. Also, our host was very responsive when we needed help with access. Thank you!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this for 4 adults and 1 toddler. It was spotless and had all of the amenities we needed. The host was wonderful and checked in with us multiple times to ensure that we had what we needed. We would definitely recommend renting and will be coming back!

Reviewer Comments: The place is very nice, had all the amenities needed and the hot tub behind the house was great, location amazing and the host checked in daily. My only negative comment is the master bed and pillow’s. Unfortunately, the bed just wasn’t comfortable which was a huge bummer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhome was clean and spacious. Had enough room for our family of six. The one complaint would be that the bathroom soap dispensers were empty. I would have thought that housekeeping would fill those back up. There was a little confusion with the entry code I received an email with a code that did not work for anything. I received an email with the correct code shortly after the email. I thought it would be the garage code but it didn't identify what the code was for. Other than those two things the place was very nice and a great location to keystone ski resort.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
