Unfortunately, the occasional discoloration is part of a broader issue affecting our area’s municipal water system. We’ve flushed our water lines multiple times and continue to monitor the situation closely, doing everything we can on our end. As for the outdoor trash can, the previous guests left an excessive amount of waste, and we’ve since adjusted our turnover process to ensure it’s promptly cleared going forward. We also have a strict no smoking policy and hadn’t detected any odor prior to your stay, but we’ll certainly double-check with our cleaning team to make sure future guests don’t experience the same.
