Two bedroon plus loft

Ce chalet chic est l'endroit idéal pour se nicher au lac. Vous serez accueillis avec un salon et une cuisine confortable et confortable au rez-de-chaussée et une salle à manger en plein air dans la cour communautaire partagée. A l'étage, vous trouverez la chambre des maßtres avec un lit king-size et l'accÚs au balcon à l'étage. La deuxiÚme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et l'accÚs au balcon de l'étage. Au-dessus de la salle de bain partagée, une échelle avec un loft confortable et un matelas de pleine taille. C'est le mélange parfait de public et privé, prÚs de toutes les commodités et encore caché dans une cour confortable. De nouvelles mises à jour ont été faites dans cette maison, des images mises à jour sont à venir bientÎt!

Toutes nos maisons de vacances à Carlton Landing sont équipées de draps, serviettes de bain, fournitures de démarrage et une unité de laveuse / sécheuse pour votre séjour. Smaller than it looked

The house is cute, but very small. Small doorways, very small bathrooms. The water pressure was horrible. It was not great in the whole house, but the worst in the bathtub. It barely dribbled out. The house is in a good location.

This place was the perfect size for a quick getaway with the wife. It’s location is really close to everything and the property group was awesome with making sure all our needs were taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was spotlessly clean and adorably decorated. The shared courtyard was wonderful to use. We spent quite a bit of time swinging on the porch swing and rocking in the chairs. Perfectly location- close to Mama Tiggs, The Meeting House, and the Boardwalk Pool. The property management was very responsive. We highly recommend staying at The Courtyard Cottage.

We had everything we needed in the home also. We received check in info and instructions in plenty of time to plan our stay as well. We LOVED the Carlton Landing community! We were able to walk around the town and meet lots of friendly folks. We attended church on the last day of our stay and were welcomed very warmly! We are looking foward to returning in warmer weather and with our kids. It is a great place to visit!

Great Getaway for a Family of 5

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Courtyard Cottage on December 29, 30, and 31 of 2017 with our 3 kids ages 10, 7, and 5. Services from property manager, cleanliness, location, value, and property condition were all TOP-NOTCH. Great experience. Here is some feedback that may be helpful for property manager or others considering this rental: 1) There were LADYBUGS everywhere. Dead and alive ladybugs in every room. Ladybugs aren't really pests but it was weird seeing them all over the place. 2) The bedrooms are very close to each other and there is a window over the master bedroom door. Very little privacy. 3) Neighbors homes are very close. Neighbors were gone and left their outdoor and patio lights on. Without adequate curtains covering windows, bedrooms were filled with light all night. Minor annoyance. 4) Nest thermostats were on a weird schedule. Suddenly the unit would heat up to 75 degrees (very warm) and it was tricky trying to figure out how to reprogram back down to 68 or 69 degrees (our preferred winter temp).

Beautiful Home. Poorly Managed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week in July. Let me begin by saying the house is gorgeous. It is very spacious for being a "cottage". It is also in an excellent location, close to EVERYTHING. Carlton Landing is a wonderfully, quiet spot to get away for a few days or a week. Mama Tigs is really GREAT pizza.That said, when we arrived, it was obvious that housecleaning had only come in and changed bed linens, and put the "proof" that bathroom had been cleaned around toilet seat, as house was in rough shape, and just plain dirty. We pulled the Dyson vacuum out, and immediately went to work. I had to dump the dust bin out of the vacuum twice in the first 30 minutes of cleaning, if that helps to visualize just how much dust was on the floors, furniture, etc. I even vacuumed up about 10 Cheerios, that were all just in various spots around the first floor. In all, 3 of us spent the first 4 hours of our vacation cleaning the house (mopping, dusting, putting dishes away, before we even felt okay to bring our own stuff in from the car. In addition, this "no pet" home, has very much had pets in it (dog hair on furniture, leashes, and dog food in pantry), so if you have a pet dander issue, this is not the house for you. Not that big of a deal for us, but most "no pet" homes on vacation rental sites, dont show obvious pet evidence. We made calls, sent emails, and messages thru the Hospitality app, and NEVER received any answers from Carlton Landing staff. I will be requesting a refund on the cleaning fee, as we completed this work ourselves.Once the house was in presentable shape, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carlton Landing. But I would be weary if you're used to management companies being helpful (i.e. Seaside/WaterColor) and recommending this and that. You are pretty much on your own in CL (which was fine for us this time, as we were just looking for a quiet getaway in the Covid age). The app they use for your time there, is ne

Residents look down on you because they live on million dollar houses and you are just staying in one. Showering and cleaning was a chore. This house had now water pressure. The home was nice, but communication was difficult and agency seemed annoyed by questions. Pool key was missing. Much too hot of time of year for what was offered to really be enjoyable. May go back in fall, to try again in cooler weather, but not overly impressed with vacation for the enormous price paid. Especially all the fees.
