The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a brand-new full-size refrigerator, two full bathrooms, comfortable sleeping spaces with new mattresses, new leather couches, and two large high-definition TVs with Dish service.

Step outside to two private balconies with scenic views — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day on the lake.

Our family owns and personally manages this condo, and we take pride in providing a clean, comfortable experience. We also own the neighboring unit (I-4). Both units share a private walkway, making this a great option for extended family or groups traveling together.

Self check-in is available with a lockbox for easy arrival.

Conveniently located at the entrance to Lake Cumberland State Resort Park, you’ll be just minutes from lake access and outdoor recreation.

Layout & Access

This is a two-story condo with stairs to access the unit and stairs inside the condo. The sleeping areas are located on the lower level, with one bedroom and an additional sleeping area/bedroom positioned off to the side.

Please note that WiFi is not currently provided, but we are working on adding it soon . The condo does include Dish TV service.
