Vous allez adorer notre unité récemment rénovée de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, «à la maison» à la Gulf Shores Plantation, la station de vacances en famille. Notre unité a une vue imprenable sur la plage de sable de sucre et la nouvelle piscine extérieure depuis le balcon arriÚre et le parcours de golf Kiva Dunes, les courts de tennis / basket-ball et la baie de Bon Secur depuis le porche avant. Il y a des kilomÚtres de plage de sable blanc pour que vous puissiez profiter et bien sûr, le golfe du Mexique.

La Plantation est un grand complexe privé familial magnifiquement aménagé situé sur le golfe, à seulement 12 miles à l'ouest de la ville de Gulf Shores.

La ville de Gulf Shores regorge de boutiques, de restaurants, de minigolfs, de zoo et de parcs d'attractions. Et, Fort Morgan offre de grandes opportunités pour explorer et apprendre l'histoire de la région.

We enjoyed everything about our stay and would 100% do it again! The location was exactly what we were looking for. Away from the Gulf Shores crowd. Easy access to the beach. Nice indoor and outdoor pool. The condo was updated and well kept. We had some family stay in a unit 2 doors down and we all felt like ours was nicer. The kitchen was well stocked. Finally, communication with our host was a breeze. He was super responsive and helpful. When we had a minor issue with the door code upon check-in, he promptly called and had us in the room in no time. Highly recommend this property and host!

Great place to stay for the week!

The condo was perfect for our families needs. It was very clean and decorated cutely. The proximity to the beach is excellent and the indoor pools were wonderful when you've been outside all day and wanted to be out of the sun.

Perfect for the family, very private beach.

We stay at this condo last weekend. The condo is just as the pictures show and the resort is fabulous. The beach area was private and not overrun with all tourists. I would definite recommend this unit to anyone.

Clean affordable condo

This condo was a great area for family located on the second floor. The resort has lots of fun items to do and owner was nice enough to call and check on us when potential bad weather was coming our way. The only downside was the balcony furniture weather was worn and ripped so you could not use but it there was so much to do that did not bother us. The beach was within walking distance and sassy Bass restaurant onsite was fabulous! Would stay again!

This is a nice little place to stay. However I would never plan to use the couch pull out bed. There is no room for that. The only issue we had was you can hear everything from the place above you. They had a young child that NEVER slept. It was running back and forth till after 10 pm and then back at it at 3am. The lack of sleep made my kids grouchy. I know the owner can't help this issue but it definitely wasn't fun.

Cozy Spot!

This was a nice little "getaway spot." The location was a little further from the nightlife than we thought it would be but enjoyed the peace and quiet. Other than property construction going on (not the host's fault) we thoroughly enjoyed the property. We were unable to sleep in due to the "beeping " equipment every morning/all day. Beautiful beach, nice restaurant on the property, enjoyed all of the amenities and host was very quick to respond to any questions. Would stay here again!

Great Fort Morgan Family Vacation!

The owner was great to work with and we had a wonderful time. Everything was clean, the unit was in superb condition, check in was very quick and we had a ton of amenities nearby while still being peaceful, away from the crowds of Gulf Shores. Kids loved use of exercise facility, indoor/outdoor pools and we walked the beach each morning and night. For me, the complimentary laundry was an added bonus and I’m thankful we just have to unpack when we get home! Ate at Sassy Bass on-site restaurant and it was really good! Also recommend Tacky Jacks and The Village Hideaway restaurants nearby. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Super clean and short walk to beach

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It had everything we needed. It was really close to the indoor pool and workout room. It was a short walk to the beach. This condo was immaculately cleaned. Gulf Shores Plantation has everything you need without having to leave the facility. We loved playing tennis, which was right outside our front door. We never got a chance to play shuffleboard and horseshoes will definitely try on our next trip. Great affordable condo for our family of 4.

Loved The Plantation!

The description was accurate & it was the most reasonably priced property during peak week. A complete home set-up is provided - we just provided groceries. The condo was clean and spacious. The owner had great communication throughout the entire transaction & quick to respond to any issue we had. The area is removed from all of the chaos & The Plantations are super family-friendly. The complex offers many options for different age groups. Love the Ft. Morgan area! Can't wait to go back - already planning our next trip!

Great Place!

We had a great time staying here! The condo was large enough to hold our family of 4. It was close to the beach (about a 5 minute walk), and it was great being so close to the indoor pool, which our boys loved to play in after the sun went down. The kitchen had all the right utensils except a pizza cutter. The bathroom shower faucet had an issue in one of the bathrooms and we contacted the owner who said he would have it fixed when we left. It is an older style faucet, so it just took a bit more effort than desired to get it to turn on the shower. Other than that, the place is great :) Would definitely stay again. Thanks for the awesome time!

Spring Break

This was my 4th visit to the Plantation. I really love this resort because it's very family friendly and filled with amenities not to mention it's beauty. The condo could really use some updating such as the living room furniture and carpet, however, the owner was helpful in answering questions and the transactions were very smooth and the price was great. If you decide to go to the outlet mall on a rainy day keep in mind that everyone else does too!! Lulu's restaurant is overrated--the food is definitely not worth the price. We really enjoyed going to the Wharf because the kids played laser tag and us ladies went to all the neat little shops there. I always look forward to going to The Plantation each year and wish I could go more often.

I loved this condo! It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was very updated. The grounds were gorgeous and everything kept very clean. Lots to offer if you want it. I only used the pool and of course the beach, which was less crowded than most. The view in the picture is a little misleading b/c it's not taken from the exact balcony, so the beach is not quite as close as pictured, but a short walk. My only negative was that it was further out of town than what I expected (which may be great for a lot of people!). We like to go into Gulf Shores at night to eat and shop and it's a good 15 min from town but a straight shot down hwy 180. Thong was easy to work with as well. I liked the keypad so I didnt have to keep up with a key during the week. There is a Sassy Bass restaurant on site which gives you a HUGE plate of food! This is a great place to stay!

Great Spot For Kids

Our children had a great time. Even though this is part of a large complex, it is very far away from the main area of Gulf Shores. You could find your own private spot at the beach. The white sand was soft, and the beach was very clean. There was also a great pool with a shallow section for our little kids to swim in. It's a very reasonable vacation if you are just looking to spend time at the beach. Some of the activities we took in was finding little sand crabs at night, playing in the surf during the day, going to the huge Gulf Shores fishing pier, collecting shells (even though there's not that many) and walking up and down the beach. We also saw people making beautiful sand sculptures, the Blue Angels (Navy Fighter Jets) flew along the coast, fisherman catching huge redfish and little sardines, and stopped at a nice souvenir shop. The only thing I didn't do, but wish I did, was go out to eat some seafood. The owner was very easy to work with and get a hold of. This condo was priced less than other units at the Gulf Shores Plantation, but it was only because the condo is a little outdated. The two bedrooms were nice. The unit was very clean. We were very happy and hope to visit again.

Could be better

Resort is very nice, quiet and family oriented. Beach is beautiful, clean and well kept. We were, however a little disappointed in the condo. Kitchen has been updated nicely but it is poorly stocked. We were afforded only 1 kitchen hand towel for the entire week. We decided to grill out one night but there was no lighter to light the charcoal. Had to borrow from a grounds keeper. There is no pizza cutter, no hot pads, no measuring spoons, limited measuring cups, no lidded storage bowls for leftovers, all things you would expect in a fully stocked kitchen. A prior tenant left a comment in May regarding the shower fixtures and they still are not functioning properly. Tile floors were still sandy from prior tenant and we had to sweep upon arrival. Bedroom curtains desperately need replaced. They are very old and very, very thin. On the last night of our stay I realized that you could see right through them from the front porch into my teenage daughter’s bedroom. The description of the condo location is a little misleading. You cannot see any of the beach and only water in the distance and you cannot see the pool through all the cars in the parking lot between. I realize none of these items prevented us from having a nice vacation but there are a lot of little things in this condo that need attention.

Beautiful place to stay!!!

This condo was wonderful to stay in! The beds were comfy and very clean. Toiletries were provided for a few days and there were more than enough towels for everyone in my family. The property is located well in the community as it’s across from the big pool and right next to the indoor pool. The beach was beautiful as well! Everything at The Plantation was kept up well and everyone was so nice! We will definitely be back!!!

The property had a lot of issues. Second bathroom was locked when we arrived and had to get maintenance on site to open. Ice maker didn't work the whole week were there. Slidibg glass door was broke,pull out bed covering was dirty, drains in tub were scrappy, screen door in the entrance door was broke, master bedroom window was disgusting and couldn't even look out of it, fans in the bathrooms made awful noise, master bedroom mattress needs replaced

Great Stay

Some of the stuff was a little outdated. A couple of the balcony chairs were broken, the sliding door handle was almost broken and it was difficult to open. The en suite bathroom tub drain was broken and wouldn't hold water (just meant only showers, no baths). I am only saying all this so you know the worst parts...weren't really that bad. Overall, it was a nice place, short walk across the parking lot and on the boardwalk to the beach. Nice area - lots of pools and a hot tub. We had a wonderful time!! The owner was easy to work with and helped make our arrival simple and easy to get into the condo. Besides the few things mentioned earlier - the condo was nice, cool, clean, and suited our needs perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! I would stay here again! The Royse Family
