This exquisite 4,200 sq/ft home sleeps 12 in beds and hosts up to 15 including the main house and guest apartment. Each bedroom has an outdoor living space with a private deck or patio for quiet relaxation. The 3,400 sq/ft main house features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances, full slab quartz island, and designer finishes and furnishings. The open floor plan showcases a signature fireplace in the great room that rises that to meet a 20ft ceiling. A beautifully patterned, 11 foot live-edge Costa Rican Guanacaste wood dining table comfortably seats between 12-14, with additional al-fresco seating on the adjoining back patio.
