Lava Hot Springs Country Cabin

Welcome to our country cabin retreat just outside the world famous Lava Hot Springs! Our cozy custom-build cabin will comfortably sleep 4 people. After a day of fun in Lava escape the hustle and bustle of town to a beautiful country side with mountain views. Just a 15 minute drive away. Our 2 bedroom (including the loft) 1 bath cabin is a perfect escape!

If you need more space we have another unit on site that sleeps 8.

The space:
Our unique cabin retreat offers the perfect getaway. Whether it's an outdoor hiking adventure, 4-wheeling, hunting, mountain biking, or simply a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, this cabin has something for everyone!

You'll love the hammocks, covered picnic table, fir pit, BBQ grill and views of the national forest all around. Bancroft is a Union Pacific main railroad route which adds to the quaintness of the town. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed. The loft bedroom offers a queen size bed and has a lower ceiling height. Both bedrooms have bedding. Please be careful on the stairs to the loft. They are steep and not suitable for small children or adults with physical limitations.

If you need to sleep a few more there is room for 2 more by way of sleeping on the floor in sleeping bags or on an air mattress, however you will need to bring your own as they are not provided. There are also 2 flat tent sites you can utilize. We do charge a small fee for the added guests due to increased utilities, wear and tear and cleaning associated with the extra accommodations.

Some amenities include a DVD player, 55" TV, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer etc. this is a GREAT location to do much more than Lava Hot Springs. Relax in the courtyard area with the BBQ grill, fire pit, hammocks and picnic table. The property is complete with 2 high quality, queen mattresses plus a small kitchen. The loft upstairs overlooks the family room/TV area.

Pack your swim suite and make your way to our vacation rental near Lava and embrace the laid-back lifestyle of a small town in a country setting. Bring your own ATV's snowmobiles or you can rent them near by. Bancroft is a quiet community with approximately 390 residents. Our town lies in the midst of the Caribou Highlands, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and productive fields of grain and potatoes. We are proud of our warm country atmosphere.
