"Emerald Dream" Luxury Beachfront Home on the West End of PCB!
Discover luxury like never before at '"Emerald Dream" by Holiday Beach Rentals. This stunning home features 6 beautifully styled bedrooms, 6.5 elegant bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. Enjoy the ultimate coastal retreat with a private pool, direct beach access via a boardwalk, a fully equipped kitchen, and wet bars for your convenience. Whether you're lounging poolside or soaking in the ocean views, this home is the perfect escape for your next beach getaway.
On the first floor, you'll find an open recreational area with a wet bar, pool table and access to your furnished pool deck featuring a 14 x 10 private heated pool, outdoor dining table, Kamado Joe grill, outdoor TV and beach boardwalk with outdoor shower. This first floor also features a half bath.
The second floor features the main cozy living room with electric fireplace, spacious dining area and fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. The first bedroom with a stylish queen/queen bunk bed and private en-suite is located on this floor as well.
On the third floor, you'll find three bedrooms, each featuring a king bed and private en-suite with walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms is a spacious master suite offering stunning beach views, a cozy sitting area, and direct access to a beachfront balcony. A laundry room with two washer and dryer sets is also conveniently located on this level.
The fourth and final floor features the last two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and private en-suite with a walk-in shower while the other features two twin/twin bunk beds with a private en-suite and walk-in shower. Down the hall, there's a recreational lounge area with wet bar and furnished beachfront balcony access with stunning beach views.
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is an additional fee and is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay. Contact our Reservations Team for pricing.
The Beach! This home has direct Beach Access through a Shared Boardwalk with our other property, "Wait and Sea" right nextdoor.
*If you are interested in making any of our luxury homes part of your event planning, please know that there is an additional fee associated. Give us a call for details!
*Please note due to Florida State Law, this home is equipped with a pool alarm.

Emerald Dream requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:

Fall Break: September 27 - October 11 (Saturday - Saturday)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
