This was absolutely perfect!! Beautiful location - such a great place to stay. Plenty of room to park. There was also a grill, and we were able to cook out.

This place was great! Loved the location and ease of getting around town. The host was amazing to work with. Only item we struggled with was the front door lock at times, otherwise an excellent place. I'd love to stay here again next time we're in town.

Host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond, thoughtful and eager to help out. Home is in a good location between downtown and the beach. Host’s Restaurant and sunset location suggestions were great. Amazing coffee and breakfast atTchotchkes, and Southside coffee close by.

Really nice clear and updated home, exactly as promised. Everything worked well, owner is very responsive throughout. Highly recommended if you need a place in St. Pete. 10 mins drive from downtown in a quiet residential neighborhood near the bay.

Great location, everything as advertised and more! This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at in terms of offering amenities. Everything was very thoughtfully provided like coffee service with creamer, lap blankets in every room, and every type of utensil possible. The comfort level was amazing! Highly recommend for smaller group gatherings, as ours was. Thank you for the above and beyond hospitality.

Outstanding. The house was perfect for my family visiting my mother who is at Westminster Shores. A very convenient and quiet location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was remarkably well-equipped (and stocked). Communication with the host was excellent, with a lot of useful information provided. We hope the house will be available for our next visit.

This was definitely home away from home. My family enjoyed everything about the home and the location was so central to many sites as stated in the description. I definitely will be booking again and again when I travel to St. Petersburg.

Location is excellent! Close to downtown, shopping, airports. The house is well appointed and the set up worked out great for my husband and I, son, daughter-in- law and 2 grandkids. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the outdoor seating in the yard or firepit as the cushions were mildewed (thus the 4 stars for cleanliness). I would definitely stay her again though. Recommend!

Jason was a fabulous host . He reached out to make sure everything was ok and if I needed any assistance . The home was cosy and comfortable very nicely decorated . Perfect for staying in St Pete!
