When you pull into the driveway of the property, you will be excited to explore the house and outdoor areas to begin your relaxing get-away. After entering the 2 stall garage, you will enter the first floor.
FIRST FLOOR
- Kitchen: Newly renovated with updated cabinets and appliances. Gas range, Two dishwashers, Large refrigerator, Counter seating for three. Stocked with standard silverware, dishes, pots, pans, air fryer, coffee pot.
- Laundry Room: Washer and Dryer, Second refrigerator
- Living Room: TV with sectional couch and chair. Great view of property with large windows and natural light.
- Dining Room: Open concept with table to seat 10. Bar cabinet with glassware
- Bedroom: King size bed and armoire closet
- Bathroom: Sink, vanity and shower
SECOND FLOOR
- Master Bedroom: King size bed, TV, Private deck access with lounge chairs, Walk in closet
- Master Bathroom: Beautiful walk in shower, Soaking tub, Double vanity sinks

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay with our large group of 15 for our son’s wedding at Seven Willows just 20 minutes away. With ample food and drink storage with 2 full fridges and and a kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare and serve for a crowd with an array of spices cooking oil sugar and coffee available. We enjoyed the deck with the beautiful shady tree with so many birds to watch, and hot tub as well as the beautiful sunrises and sunsets to start and end our day. The gym/court was a hit with the younger crowd -so much fun. The large dining table was great for a sit down meal together. Our Host Devon was so accessible and quickly responded to any questions. We’re hoping to stay again at “our” Barn when we return to visit family and friends. This place gets 10 out of 5 stars!

Great property with room to spread out
Great open house with places for adults to relax and kids to run around. We enjoyed the outdoors, watching some storms outside and playing some pickleball in the gym (though it does get hot in the gym).

One of the best!
We so enjoyed our time at the big yellow barn! The property is absolutely beautiful - clean and well-maintained. We were in the area for our youngest son's wedding at The Acreage south of Palmyra and this location was fantastic! Less than 4 miles from the venue - worked out perfectly for our group. Six adults stayed in the rental and we could easily have housed another 10. So much room!! Our host was quick to respond with any questions and the entire check-in and check-out process was seamless. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is on site. I am hoping The Acreage will add this to their list of information for venue clients - what a great opportunity to promote both facilities!

Great house for entertaining
Great house, very well stocked. We found it clean and nicely updated. Beds were all very comfortable. We had a great time with a pickleball tournament in the gym (which is in the upstairs of the barn).

Family Weekend
Everything about the property was more than perfect. The host were great. Very helpful and accommodating. There were about 20 of us and everyone loved this place. It made for a really special weekend. I hope we can visit again in the future. I have traveled all over the United States and stayed at some awesome and unique Cabins and Homes and this by far is 1 of my top favorite places that I've stayed.

Beautiful getaway
It was a beautiful home away from home. It was very welcoming and spacious. The kitchen was my favorite, very spacious for everyone to cook together and gather. There are quite a few stairs but well worth it that lead to great rooms the lofts are a bit worrisome with small children. The fire pits are such great gathering places to make s'mores. The beach however I would say swim at your own comfort. It isn't what I would consider a lake or pond, there are lots of tree stumps and sticks at the bottom, the water was very discolored. It just wasn't what we expected. Overall though it was a wonderful and peaceful getaway and the owners are so welcoming and easy to communicate with. Can't wait to go back.

Ginger, Thanks for the 5 star review and I am thrilled you had a great experience overall. My family thinks The Barn is a special place. As you know we are not done with our projects since we recently purchased this property. I appreciate the feedback on the lofts and pond. Just so you know we are putting up railings on the loft for safety. Finally, the pond a month ago was full of algae and the beach was 4 foot tall weeds. Next time you are back we think you will love it even more. All the best!
