Guests will have access to the entire duplex, which includes both sides of the property. Please note, they do not connect from the inside. Each side has its own separate entrance for privacy and convenience, allowing larger groups to spread out while still being connected. You’ll have full access to:

Other Things to Note:

This is a duplex, so each side mirrors the other with its own kitchen, living area, and bedrooms, making it ideal for large groups or families who want to stay close but still have their own space.

We provide all the essentials, including towels, linens, and toiletries, so you can pack light!

The property has exterior security cameras for your safety. These are located at the front and back of the home, but there are no cameras inside the property.

The rooftop spaces on both sides are a highlight—be sure to enjoy the view and some outdoor relaxation. Please be mindful of noise levels to respect the neighborhood.

Our home is family-friendly, offering a pack ’n play, high chair, and children's dinnerware for your convenience.

We do not allow parties, there will be a $1000 fee if so.
