The condo is as reviewed, very quiet with a beautiful view of the waterway. Very few neighbors as well, so no spring break issues. Close to the beach and most of the best Orange Beach restaurants. The management group was responsive and helpful. There is a Kerig on site , I hauled mine down so just note that gong forward. Need to be aware there's construction going on next door so expect to get up early if you have the windows open. I suggest you supply a grill as well it would make it so much better for long term stays. All in all it's very comfortable and convenient. Would stay there again.

Fantastic property that led to a memorable vacation!

We enjoyed the property on every level. We wanted a quieter location, but still the beauty of a coastal trip and this property fit the bill perfectly. It was close to restaurants, great pools, and only a short drive to the beach. It felt more like a local experience as opposed to a traditional tourist one. The property owners were very responsive and kind. We've already recommended this property to friends and family and hope we can come back again! Book it now!
