ENJOY OUR COZY WALKOUT BASEMENT (not really a basement) STUDIO OPEN CONCEPT WITH big living space. Fire place. Jetted tub. With outside patio seating area with table and chairs. Big Windows (Private Entrance)

feels like a cottage, but your in the middle of the city!

Coffee Machine, Air Fryer, fridge all amenities of a home are available.

no stove or oven at the moment.

Shoppers Drug Mart, Food Basic, walking trails. Great unique view of nature. lots birds! rabbits other wildlife!
The space
Open concept walkout above ground basement, with private bathroom. NO BEDROOMS has a wood burning fireplace and a jetted tub. Clean has Amazon fire stick for ENTERTAINMENT. It's your own private space, with a private entrance.

There is one Queen Bed, mattress on box spring. There is an additional sofa bed if you have extra guests.

Guests with kids must supervise thier kids during use of the playground, As we are not responsible if your kids get hurt. Kids must be 4 years old to play under 8 years old.

The entire house has soft and filtered water.

stricktly no other guests or visitors allowed. Without approval.
Guest access
You have to pass a common hall way to get to your private bathroom 2 steps. the hallway is only shared if we need togo to the heating room. or else its private.

The three guest we accept is 2 adults and 1 kid under 7 years of age. *
Other things to note
1. Addition parking is $35 per night.
2. The late check out is $50.
3. Additional guests past 2 adults is $35 per night

1 kid under 7 years old stays free, to make it a total of 3 guests.

If you have a 2 kids we can still accommodate for $25 extra per day. to make it a total of 4 guests.
