Loved our stay!

We loved our stay at Steve's Yau Ma Tei apartment. The apartment is well-maintained and it was wonderful to have four bedrooms, a comfortable sitting area and kitchen facilities. The location was perfect for us as we enjoyed being in the middle of the action with plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. The MTR station within steps of the apartment front door was extremely convenient. Ada did a nice job of coordinating everything and we appreciated the door to door van service that she arranged for our group from and to the airport. We would definitely want to stay here again if we are ever back in the Hong Kong area!

Excellent apartment in the middle of everything.

Great apartment centrally located near all the excitement Kowloon has to offer. Even though we arrived late at night, Ada arranged transportation from the airport and she was waiting for us at near midnight. The apartment is very clean and having 4 bedrooms for the 5 of us was such a treat. For a family traveling together, this is a much better arrangement than any hotel rooms. We definitely will come back for our next trip to Hong Kong. Buddy,

Super spacious modern apartment!

Our family loved this apartment, everything we could have asked for was present in this rental. This location is very convenient, MTR & super market right downstairs, restaurants as far as the eye can see!

Great apartment that felt spacious and had everything we needed.

We loved that our 3 boys could each have a room with a large bed. We also loved the location - an easy walk to both the Night Market and Ladies Market, and the apartment entrance is literally 10m from the MTR station entrance and from a supermarket. Highly recommended!

Excellent location

Nice location with MTR right downstairs. We were stuck at the apartment 2 out of 3 days we stayed in Hong Kong due to 2 typhoons. Thankfully we had good wifi and access to restaurants near MTR entrances so we didn't have to walk above ground during the storms. Amy, the property manager, was available for any questions or concerns we had, and was super helpful with updates for our flight out.

Beautifully decorated, perfect location

Great Apartment. Nicely decorated,safe,secure, good sized bedrooms. Steve was easy to get ahold of and responds quickly. The apt is walking distance to several night markets. The metro is right outside the door. We were nervous about using it but it's very easy!! And cheap!! Highly recommend this place!!

Perfect apt with good location and well maintained place.

The place is in good location. Right above the MRT. The apt has amenities well stocked. We have 8 in the group and the rooms are sufficient are all of us. Our kids enjoy the place. It is well located that we can go back to the apt to rest before venturing out again.

Great apartment in Hongkong

Great place to stay in HKG, enough place for our four sons (15-22/ a single bed for each boy!), my wife and me, very well equipped. We had 2 days of heavy rain, had to stay more in the apartment than we wanted, was very nice, PS4 for entertainment saved the day, big table for 6 people to sit, eat and talk. Only 10 steps to the next MTR station and 20 steps to a good supermarket. Night market in walking distance, a lot of good restaurants in short distance. Very good booking and payment process, uncomplicated arriving and leaving situation, owner and his assistent very reliable. Because it`s difficult for us to find a suitable hotelroom for 6 people, we often had stayed during the last 10 years in holiday rentals (California, Italy, Greece, France, Canada, Germany, Austria). This has been the best rental ever. Thank you Steve and Amy. Thomas, Christine, Max, Joni, Basti and Bini Coen from Bavaria/ Germany

Great Apartment, facilities & location

We had a wonderful stay at Steve's apartment, all facilities were great for Hong Kong. Great sized apartment. Comfy beds. Close to MTR, Temple Street Markets. Amy met us at the apartment and her explanation of everything was helpful. Our boys enjoyed chilling at the end of each day of touring in front of the big TV. We will be recommending this apartment to friends and others Thanks Steve

Amazing apartment in great location

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Clean, spacious, and the best part was that there is a big heater in the living room, really helping in the winter like this! Steve was extremely welcoming and kind! The MTR station is very close, and loved the supermarket next the the apartment! Would definitely coming back!

Modern apartment in Nathan Road

It was centrally located in Nathan road, we felt safe and it was very modern, comfortable and warm in the winter. Easy to find as thorough directions were given by Steve and located really close to the exit of the MTR. I had to email Steve a few times and he got back to me straight away which was extremely helpful. Will definitely gonna stay here again if I ever visit Hong Kong.

Big huge apartment and really close to MTR exit!

Steve is a great host! The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood and very close to MTR exit. The kids especially enjoyed the ps4 and the big tv. The bed was really comfortable. There is a toaster, a microwave, and a oven. The bathroom is pretty big for hong kong.Plenty of hot water, and decent water pressure as well! We enjoyed our stay! Will definitely coming back here!
