HOA Policies:
- Parking: Vehicles must be parked in designated spaces - driveways, garages, or parking pads.
Parking on the street is not allowed as it may interfere with emergency vehicles.
RVs, campers, mobile homes, trailers, commercial vehicles, boats and other watercraft (jet skis, kayaks, canoes) are prohibited unless parked in a garage.

- Golf Cart LSV (Low Speed Vehicles) Rentals: RENTAL GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN WEST BEACH.
Rental golf carts may be ticketed, booted or towed. Only owner owned golf carts, which are registered and display a West Beach decal, are
permitted.

- Community Pool: Pool hours are 9:00 AM to dusk unless changed by the Board of Directors.
There are no lifeguards on duty at any time - use the pool at your own risk.
Pool rules are posted in the pool area.
Children 10 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Children 4 and under must wear swim diapers.
Glass containers of any kind are NOT permitted inside the pool area.

- Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed in the community on the streets. Due to safety and legal concerns, the HOA will no longer allow bicycles on the West Beach boardwalks. However, they are still permitted on the beach walkover, with the following provisions.
(1) Bicycles must be walked from where the pavement ends at the clubhouse to the entrance of the beach walkover, where the railing begins; and
(2) Bicycles must be ridden at the lowest possible speed while on the beach walkover.
(3) A bike-friendly path has been added to the left of the clubhouse, which will lead you to the Watersound West Beach access. Please be aware of pedestrians on the walkway.
