The house is perfect for relaxing and its in a good location. The host was great we had 1 issues with one of the air conditioning and they came right out and took care off it. I will definitely be staying again. Beautiful views of the sunset

Enjoyed our week stay. Family of six(all adults) Comfortable beds, great pool, and great location. Would definitely stay again. Forgot our phone and house manger drove it to the airport for us. Great excursions also.

The place was absolutely gorgeous, well appointed, and wonderful. The kids and adults loved the pool, and the house had many things to use such as beach towels, foldable chairs, laundry, dishwasher, blender, beautiful bathrooms, a lovely porch with a stunning view... it was great. When we got out of the car, it was jaw dropping gorgeous (and stayed that way!)Two downsides: the parking spot was slightly terrifying to get into each time we came and went due to being on a very steep hill. I was grateful my husband drove as he's a more confident driver... I wouldn't have been able to pull it off. The beds were also a bit firm for out preference -- but it was better than our other Costa Rica location -- and apparently it's a regional thing to have a firmer mattress. Overall, it was like staying in paradise and highly recommend this location. Beautiful and everything you need for a lovely time near the coast!

Overall, we had a great experience staying at this property in Playa Hermosa. The location was excellent, and we always felt safe throughout our stay. A small convenience market at the bottom of the hill was very convenient for picking up groceries or any items we forgot during our larger shopping trips. The on-site pool and water slides were a huge hit with our kids, and the pool area itself was fantastic. The views from the property are absolutely stunning, photos truly don't capture how beautiful they are. Some of the recreational amenities, such as the mini-golf course and basketball court, could use some maintenance and updating. The kitchen was functional, but the cookware, utensils, and cooking supplies would benefit from being refreshed and expanded. For anyone wondering about transportation, we never needed a 4WD vehicle to access the property. Unless you plan to visit destinations that specifically require it, you can likely save the extra expense. The rental company was excellent to work with. Their office is conveniently located at the entrance of the property, making check-in quick and easy, and they were very responsive whenever we had questions. The beds were comfortable, although they were on the firmer side, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well in every room. Overall, the property met our expectations based on the photos and reviews. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend as a family-friendly place with incredible views of Playa Hermosa.
