Séjournez dans l'un des complexes les plus populaires de Wild Dunes! Ce condo surélevé de trois chambres et trois salles de bains en bord de mer a la commodité d'être à quelques pas de l'océan et d'avoir également une belle piscine communautaire. Le sol et le mobilier sont mis à jour dans toutes les chambres et les espaces de vie. La piscine communautaire extérieure et la promenade d'accès à la plage sont juste à côté du complexe de bâtiments. Profitez de la brise de l'océan et des vues sur l'océan Atlantique depuis le porche filtré ou le balcon principal.

Le premier étage comprend une chambre, une salle de bain complète, une cuisine, un coin repas et un espace de vie magnifiquement conçu avec une télévision par câble à écran plat et un accès direct à une véranda grillagée. Le deuxième étage abrite deux chambres, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain privée, ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse. La suite principale dispose d'un balcon privé avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Stationnement hors rue disponible. Wi-Fi et linge inclus. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Ne pas fumer.

Good Stay Overall

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful condo. Same one we had last year and wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again. Neat, clean , nicely decorated, good furniture, and wonderful beds! My daughter rented #67 and we were impressed with the updated kitchen. Taking out the wall and adding the island made it feel HUGE. Something that would improve #69, as the kitchen is really tiny for 6 adults. Otherwise, no complaints!

Condo : had no choice

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were switched to this which was not ideal. We had. Sat-Sat rental, this was Sun-Sun. Due to flights and schedules, we left Sat, so wasted $. We also had to rent Hotel Rooms on Resort which was quite expensive. The Condo itself was fine. The experience based on above was not at all.

Good location but needs updating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is outdated compared to others I have stayed. We found a roach in the kitchen one morning. No benefit points toward bikes or chairs were provided. Usually $250 in beach gear with other properties. Some of the Beach Club Villa's are closer to the beach than others. This one was pretty good. I was shocked at the beach erosion nearby since my last stay on isle of palms. Rust in bathroom fixtures.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The arrival process was smooth and the villa was clean. The unit was well equipped and attractive. The TV and internet were easy to operate. The only area which could and should be improved was the mattresses. This is important for a pleasant stay and these all need to be replaced.

Low marks on cleanliness.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa was dirty. We had cockroaches. There were gummy bears under the bed in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. There were no directions on how to use the tv. There was a blood stained pillow case on a pillow in the closet of the 2nd bedroom upstairs. The kitchen cupboards were so full that we had very little room to store our food. The water filter on for the refrigerator was 99% overdue. We told the maintenance at Island Realty but it was never repaired. The location was great and the condo was a good size, but for the money that we spent, I would expect a clean condo. I will rent again at Beach Club Villas but not from Island Realty mostly because they are way below par on cleanliness. Also the furniture felt very dirty.

Beautiful Views

Great location, quiet, & clean. We loved sitting on the upper deck at night and feeling the ocean breeze and star gazing! Easy to get to the beach via the boardwalk. The complex pool was nice, but needed cleaning. The kitchen was swell stocked.

Overpriced for the cindition.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy and appreciated the keyless lock. We were disappointed in the condition of the unit. The views are nice but it needs a revamp. Ceiling paint peeling, needs a deep clean and updated baths. Thw furniture is "tired" and there is an odd smell. We were here during a deep freeze and found the heating unit could not keep up with the cold. It ran constantly but didnt keep us warm enough downstairs, while the master bedroom was too warm. They definitely need humidifier on the unit in the winter. We enjoyed time as a family but we won't be staying here again in it's current cindition.

Beautiful artwork!Unit needs some attention: broken dining chair so only seating for 5, living room accent chair is thoroughly stained, pillows on every bed were flat and need replacing, all four queen beds desperately need toppers as mattresses were very uncomfortable. Bathroom showers need updating. Shower curtain rods are rusty. Front bedroom windows were unable to be opened. Lower bedroom window was painted shut. Upper bedroom window crank was broken. No one responded to open or repair. Upon arrival screened porch floor and tables were not clean. All simple issues to address and make guest stay more enjoyable.Overall a great week as the location and ocean views are the best!

Nice condo. Near ocean and pool.

Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again. Perfect location, but only 1 glitch. You have drive through Isle of Palms on the way to Wild Dunes. Wow things have really got out of hand. The smell of weed would make you roll up yoir windows. Cops everywhere confronting some pretty sketchie people. This used to be such a nice place. I couldn't believe all of this was going on around million dollar homes on the beach.

Beautiful Views and Easy access to Beach

Reviewer Comments: Unit contained all that was needed but desperately needed a better cleaning...hair in sheets,found shirt on couch throw, dirty but nice updated floors, master bath mold, functional but old rusty appliances. No grill. Wish Owner had provided references to local restaurants,pizza,etc. Nice furnishings that needed cleaning. Great "private" beach location.
