Séjournez dans l'un des complexes les plus populaires de Wild Dunes! Ce condo surélevé de trois chambres et trois salles de bains en bord de mer a la commodité d'être à quelques pas de l'océan et d'avoir également une belle piscine communautaire. Le sol et le mobilier sont mis à jour dans toutes les chambres et les espaces de vie. La piscine communautaire extérieure et la promenade d'accès à la plage sont juste à côté du complexe de bâtiments. Profitez de la brise de l'océan et des vues sur l'océan Atlantique depuis le porche filtré ou le balcon principal.

Le premier étage comprend une chambre, une salle de bain complète, une cuisine, un coin repas et un espace de vie magnifiquement conçu avec une télévision par câble à écran plat et un accès direct à une véranda grillagée. Le deuxième étage abrite deux chambres, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain privée, ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse. La suite principale dispose d'un balcon privé avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Stationnement hors rue disponible. Wi-Fi et linge inclus. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Ne pas fumer.

Location, layout and amenities are all superior and we appreciate the thoughtfulness of the owner to provide not only a well-equipped kitchen, but even a small library under the stairs! Island Realty was helpful in righting an administrative issue and also when we had a minor repair needed.

Beautiful Views

Great location, quiet, & clean. We loved sitting on the upper deck at night and feeling the ocean breeze and star gazing! Easy to get to the beach via the boardwalk. The complex pool was nice, but needed cleaning. The kitchen was swell stocked.

But sliding doors leading to porches on both levels are so hard to open and close that they are almost unusable.

Beautiful Views, Comfortable Accomodations

We stayed here with 2 couples and one toddler. The accommodations were clean and everything worked properly. The screened-in porch and balcony off the master bedroom have beautiful views and were great for enjoying coffee and breakfast. The kitchen was well equipped, dining room easily fit our group and the living room was perfect for playing board games after a day on the beach. The short walk to the beach made trips back up to the condo for bathroom breaks and snacks easy. I would recommend this property, especially to families with children.

The residence was clean, so clean we did not feel like we needed to do our normal pre-cleaning that we usually do in other rentals. We were evacuated due to Hurricane Matthew, the owner of this unit stopped by to check on us the night before the mandatory evacuation. He wanted to make sure we knew about it and even offered to bring us some gasoline for one of our cars that was nearly empty. A fine man to be sure. We only had a couple nights, but I plan on a return trip soon. Island realty issued a refund for the unused nights. While we would not have chosen a hurricane, we were treated extremely well by Island Realty and the owner.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa was dirty. We had cockroaches. There were gummy bears under the bed in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. There were no directions on how to use the tv. There was a blood stained pillow case on a pillow in the closet of the 2nd bedroom upstairs. The kitchen cupboards were so full that we had very little room to store our food. The water filter on for the refrigerator was 99% overdue. We told the maintenance at Island Realty but it was never repaired. The location was great and the condo was a good size, but for the money that we spent, I would expect a clean condo. I will rent again at Beach Club Villas but not from Island Realty mostly because they are way below par on cleanliness. Also the furniture felt very dirty.

Thank you for your review. We understand that our team was able to address the palmetto bug on screened porch, and since your departure the fridge filter has indeed been replaced. So sorry a guest left their dirty pillow on a closet shelf. We have taken all of your concerns, and done a thorough organization of closets and cabinets and furnishings. In addition, the living room furniture was professionally cleaned.

Neat, clean , nicely decorated, good furniture, and wonderful beds! My daughter rented #67 and we were impressed with the updated kitchen. Taking out the wall and adding the island made it feel HUGE. Something that would improve #69, as the kitchen is really tiny for 6 adults. Otherwise, no complaints!

Sat-Sat rental, this was Sun-Sun. Due to flights and schedules, we left Sat, so wasted $. We also had to rent Hotel Rooms on Resort which was quite expensive. The Condo itself was fine. The experience based on above was not at all.

No benefit points toward bikes or chairs were provided. Usually $250 in beach gear with other properties. Some of the Beach Club Villa's are closer to the beach than others. This one was pretty good. I was shocked at the beach erosion nearby since my last stay on isle of palms. Rust in bathroom fixtures.
