Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom condo in The Currituck Club, a gated golf course community in Corolla. This well-appointed and conveniently located property offers a serene and soothing atmosphere for guests to unwind and recharge but also has a lot that can keep you busy if that’s what you want too. With 2 twin beds and 2 queen beds, it comfortably accommodates a full family for an annual summer beach trip or a foursome for a “beachy” golf getaway. You'll find all the essentials and conveniences you’ll need, including heating/A/C, WiFi, a washing machine/dryer, hairdryers, linens, beach chairs and cabana, coolers and most any cookware you can think of. If you are the more active type, within the community, there are walking and biking paths, a fitness room and numerous courts, including pickleball, tennis, volleyball and basketball, to name a few. And of course the community is built around the very popular Currituck Club golf course. In season (Memorial Day to Labor Day), a community shuttle/trolley will take you and your belongings to and from the beach access. And if you wish, there are even beach valets on hand to do your heavy lifting. There are several pools you can use one of which has a tiki bar and activities throughout the week. If you are an early riser, you (with you cup of coffee) will see some of the prettiest sun rises as they come up over the ocean and golf hole which both sit right beyond our 1st floor patio view. With most everything you can think of readily at your fingertips to enjoy, your only job is to sit back, relax, and enjoy all that Corolla and our condo has to offer.

I was born and raised in Alexandria VA. I graduated from JMU with a BBA in Marketing. GO DUKES! After graduating I lived in NOVA for 13 more years. I then moved to Charlottesville where I raised my boy/girl twins. Once they were off to college I moved to Richmond to be in a bigger city and also to be closer to Corolla where my mom lived. Unfortunately soon after that she fell ill and passed away. So now, I am going back and forth and trying to keep her beloved place as long as I can by renting it out while enjoying it myself in between my visits. I own an interior design and window covering business and love what I do in what is a 2nd career for me!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Really this neighborhood chose me. As stated above, I inherited the condo. However, I have grown to love the community as my 2nd home. What I love about it is much what my mom did…. The community spirit, the endless amenities- courts, pools, trolleys etc to the beach, golf access, walking and biking paths, and the super convenient location to many restaurants and shops. I am sure there is MUCH more I’m forgetting to mention here, but I think you get the picture. 😉

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I think the location and the amenities in the Currituck Club community can’t really be beat. My condo in particular is on the first floor and has a spacious outdoor area as well as 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It is roomy but also cozy. Also, I try to keep my place well stocked with kitchen essentials as well as things to use for the beach. I even have a pickleball set renters are free to use!
