The laid back community of Linville Land Harbor has something to offer everyone. Our home gives you the feeling you are nestled among the trees with beautiful sunsets. Whether you are visiting the area for hiking, Grandfather Mountain, cruising the Blue Ridge Parkway, cavern touring- you will find our home the perfect resting place. As a guest you will have access to activities including golf (fee), tennis (fee), fishing, walking trails,shuffleboard, bridge, billiards & Swimming.
Our 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath home is stylishly appointed with all the amenities you may need for your stay. The home is flooded with natural light and the window views give you the feeling you are nestled in a tree house. Neighboring houses are screened off by the trees. This is a very calm and quiet area of the neighborhood and within walking distance to the golf course club house.
As a guest you will have access to all the amenities that Linville Land Harbor has to offer. Such as a pool, golf course, tennis, fishing, hiking, shuffleboard, bridge & billiards. Small fees do apply for tennis and golf. Guest will be responsible for purchasing a fishing license in order to fish on the property.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and its own bathroom en suite. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with one full size bed and twin bed on top, as well as a twin pull-out on bottom, and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is accessible from an exterior staircase and has its own small covered porch. Inside, it's its own cozy world, with a Queen bed , an en suite bathroom and even its own Keurig coffee station.
The spacious floor plan features large windows that showcase the calming views, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and out. Sink into comfortable sofas and simply marvel at the natural beauty surrounding you, or find the gracious porch with its large patio seating for 8, gas fire-pit and charcoal grill.
We provide privacy to our guest. Our team is available to help in any way or answer questions during your stay in our friendly and quiet community. The neighborhood is very walkable but you do need a car to travel outside — there is parking on the property for 3 cars.
