Welcome to The Southern Charm, located in “The Lamar” neighborhood. This home is available for 30+ day stays (Jan - Mar/May-Jul) at special monthly rates. Please message us if you’re a traveling nurse, visiting professional or in need of temporary housing during those months! This charming NEW construction 2BR/2.5B home is less than 1 mile to the square and all the best bars/restaurants/shops in Oxford! Open concept kitchen/great room with en-suite bathrooms and an incredibly spacious master. 20 feet Vaulted ceilings, high-end finishes, and a covered front porch perfect for enjoying those Mississippi nights.
