IMPORTANT: This condo is privately owned and not affiliated with Chula Vista Resort. Indoor waterpark passes are not included, and day passes are not available. If waterpark access is a priority, we recommend booking directly through the resort. We’re happy to recommend nearby waterparks and local attractions.

However, you can enjoy free access (open seasonally) to an outdoor pool, small children’s lazy river, wave pool and bar/restaurant with an amazing view overlooking the river, pavilion with grills.

Welcome to the heart of Wisconsin Dells, the "Waterpark Capital of the World!" Our charming condo offers the perfect blend of natural beauty and exciting attractions. Whether you're looking for adventure, relaxation, family fun or here for a sports event, you'll find it all within minutes of your doorstep. Use of the three pools on the property are included with your rental. Pools are open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Other Things to Note:

• We require all guests to be at least 21 years of age when they book. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.

• We do not allow pets, smoking and events to our property.

• The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $200 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $6.50 every additional night.

• Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

• Primary guest must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Northwoods Portal powered by Guesty prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
