Confortable villa de deux chambres à quelques pas de la plage de Tidewater Villas à Wild Dunes. Cette villa offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique depuis le porche grillagé et la terrasse sur le toit. Villa surclassée qui a été rénovée et est joliment meublée. Situé au coeur des Wild Dunes. À quelques pas de la plage et de la piscine communautaire. Ne pas fumer, pas d'animaux.

Perfect fa.ily getaway!

The property is perfect...from sunrise strolls on the beach to afternoon's at the pool and dinners on the top deck. It was perfect. Such an adorable place. We loved this condo.

Top floor beach view

It was a very nice property with a perfect view of the ocean. The screened in porch was perfect for family meals and relaxing. The 2nd outdoor porch on the floor above gave great views of the surrounding area. The pool was perfect for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful beach location

Loved the condo. Very comfortable. Owners need to let you know that pool is closed due to covid. Easy check in, would definitely return.

Better than a Hotel

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a place to stay while visiting for a Citadel college visit. With a family of four there was plenty of room and much better then paying the price of 2 hotel rooms! This place was updated a bit and we appreciated those special details. Primary shower head needs more water pressure or to be updated. Great location close to the beach. We really like the Tidewater condos we have rented. We will stay again if available to rent next time.

No Words Can Say Enough!

Wild Dunes could not have been a better setting for our family vacation. The Condo was absolutely perfect. 2 Bedroom and 2 Baths goes a long way with multiple people. The views were amazing and so calming. We were there after Labor Day and after the Hurricane so the resort was not crowded at all. My husband and son golfed everyday. Both courses were well manicured and all the employees were engaging and helpful. I’ll be planning our next visit with the rest of my family and hope to get a golf cart next time to check out the entire island.

Review of our Christmas Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed another vacation on IOP. This was our 20+ year at the beach at Christmas. The Unit was nice, but the furniture was disappointing. The sofa certainly needs replacing as it was very uncomfortable as it had no support. Also, it faced a wall; not the TV.Because of all the rains, it was very difficult to find an access point to get to the beach. The properties might consider some kind of walkway that is elevated in case of flooding. People were having to walk over the dunes and making their own paths. I'm sure this isn't the first time the tides were so high or there was large amount of rainfall. We look forward to returning next Christmas again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Traveling after labor day is the way to go. No crowds, no traffic, perfect weather. Our 2 bed 2 bath condo w/bonus room was beautiful. Elevator up the the 3rd floor made it very convenient for hauling groceries etc. They also provided carts for your arrival departure.The rooftop balcony had breathtaking views. The TV upstairs did not work, but wasn't an issue since the 2nd bedroom downstairs was perfect. Golfing at both courses was convenient, affordable and attendants were extremely helpful. I wish I would have rented bikes to ride around the property. Would highly recommend to anyone looking a a less hectic beach vacation.

Easy beach access and elevator a plus, but be prepared to unplug

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 4 ladies enjoyed the trip. We opted for the additional service of renting beach chairs and an umbrella which made for very convenient trips out to the beach. The unit had luggage carts and an elevator which was a plus for getting a weeks worth of supplies up to the 3rd floor. The screened in porch kept the bugs away and provided a great view. The pool was very large and enjoyable.Our only cons were bad cell phone reception and a slow wifi connection. We all have Verizon and calls would drop repeatedly if we didn't walk outside of the unit. Island Realty was super courteous and I would book with them again in the future.

Easy check in, nice condo, bad management.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Locked myself out of condo. My fault but after hours. Had phone and paperwork inside. Had ipad in car but no keypad code on email. Once you check in it should be emailed because you can always retrieve by email. Called Island Realty and got a Int'l management company. 3 hours later after hanging out in guard shack at Wild Dunes we finally got in touch with someone (maintenance). This was after 10:30p Will never use Island Realty again. Should never be this hard to get in touch with a company that manages so many places on the Island.

Nice Condo With A View

Wild Dunes is a really great, safe area with lots to do. This condo was nice in that it is oceanfront (literally steps to the beach) and has a pool. The layout is good for a small family. There is a loft on the second floor that has a TV and a twin mattress that doubles as a sofa, and our two kids enjoyed that space. The view from the upper deck is nice, and the sunrises are spectacular from this property--you don't need to leave the porch to view it! The porch on the main level is screened in, and that was great. The beds are comfortable, although the twins in the second bedroom were pretty unstable as far as being able to shift them around on top of the box springs. The kitchen is nice, and had all utensils we needed. If you want any oils/spices, though, you need to bring them or purchase them at the local grocery store, a few miles up the road. The grocery stores we visited didn't have plastic bags, only paper. While this was great for us, just be aware if you prefer plastic or need to reuse them for other things, you may want to being them with you. Also, there is no plasticware available in this property (meaning no washable plastic plates/cups/utensils). While that worked for our family with older kids, that may be something a family with younger children needs to bring. The fridge is full-size, and that was great too. All appliances are in nice shape. There are a few beach chairs and toys for the beach in the second bedroom closet. Bring your own beach towels. The washer/dryer was useful to have in the unit as well. There is a chest in the foyer with lots of games and puzzles too--a nice selection. The keypad is helpful; having that on the front door as opposed to a key is so much more convenient. The complex isn't soundproof; you can hear your neighbors going up and down the stairs, walking around in their units, etc. That was not distracting to us at all, just be aware. There is also an elevator. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property! We hope to visit again should we be in that area; we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a good week, the weather was decent, some clouds and rain but overall it was a perfect beach vacation. We have stayed at Wild Dunes before, at Shipwatch. And that was also a good experience, again through Island Realty. This apartment was probably nicer and again great because it was right on the beach. We are familiar with the check in procedure and it was smooth. I like the text service and being able to pick up keys after 530 if we are running late. And although we did not did not need Island Realty during our stay it was nice to know that someone was there if we did. It was nice to know there was also the offer to stay an extra day at the end of our vacation, but it would’ve been lovely to know this a week or two earlier so I could have planned for this because we would have probably added the extra day but at short notice, just two days before we were leaving, I could not rearrange things at home. The condo was perfect for our family of 5, the pool was great, elevator access very helpful and it was great. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms allowed us to spread out but still be together, the kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The only thing that would have made it better for my older kids would have been access to a gym included in our stay and maybe bike rental...or a credit towards the new Seagrass Spa...or a discount. And a little more information about the restaurants available at Wild Dunes- I found all the information online but my girls would have used the gym if it was included in our stay. But that’s just a suggestion - and I thought about going to the spa but it was pricey but a $50 credit (like the one offered if you stayed at the hotel) would have probably encouraged me to go :) I love the great Island Realty website - being able to walk though the condo online to see what it’s like was really nice..and the online booking is very easy. I booked back in Jan
