This spacious upper unit has four well-appointed bedrooms, all with queen size beds and three full bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, island seating as well as dining table. The main living space leads to the large patio to soak in the views.

Situated right on the main drag in downtown Fish Creek, you'll be in walking distance to it all: Blue Horse Café, Bayside Tavern, shops, the marina, and more. Whether you're here for a family vacation, a friend's getaway, or a peaceful retreat, Prosecco has everything you need to create wonderful memories.

-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Home Truths:
• This is an upper level unit. Guests are required to walk upstairs to enter and exit the unit. The main door enters into bedroom 4.
• This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.

This penthouse apartment is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.
