Stretching her wings luxuriously, Pinkie Flamingo soared above the coastline of Florida's famous winding way known as 30A. Landing gracefully on the rooftop of her next guest nest, she marveled at the proximity to the beach and to the community pool. “What a nice spot on the corner here!”

Recently renovated and set on 3 floors, this 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom townhome has lots of space for your party of 6 to spread out and relax. Multiple balconies and plenty of windows provide views of the Gulf, the inviting community pool and surrounding area. “It's great having places for 4 cars underneath. And look at all of this fun stuff…4 bikes, beach cart, 6 chairs and an umbrella…all for guest use. The outdoor shower is a wonderful plus too with hot & cold water, solar motion-activated lights and a super convenient teak bench!” New Weber grill is located in covered parking area between outdoor shower and storage closet so cook-outs can happen rain or shine.

Pinkie hopped up up the wooden steps and through the front door to take in the open living room, dining area and modern fully-equipped kitchen. With seating for 6 at the table and another 4 at the bar stools nestled under the quartz topped island, the scene stands ready for a lively gathering of friends and family. “I love these wooden beams on the ceiling!” said Pinkie out loud. “They go great with the wooden floors and really cozy the place up!” Wandering out onto the expansive balcony, Pinkie noted space for outdoor dining and sunset watching.

Up on the third level you will find a family bunk room and a laundry tucked behind a sliding barn door. The airy master suite boasts shiplap walls and direct balcony access, providing gulf views above the treetops. Sweet! The recent addition of a new full bathroom means that each bedroom has its own private facilities in addition to the first-floor powder room. Pinkies friends that stay at Grace By The Sea will enjoy the thoughtfully well-stocked array of extras like books, board games, puzzles, card games, Xbox games and more!

Blue Mountain Beach area attractions are all within reach…many even within walking distance. Named after the plentiful Blue Lupine flower that blankets the dunes here, this community is also the point of highest elevation in the county at a whopping 65 ft! Discover local eateries like Johnny McTighe's Irish Pub or Redd's Fueling Station... there's a dining experience for everyone in the group to be sure. Not often found in nature, a coastal lake affords untold opportunities for recreation along with bird-watching and wildlife-viewing. Paddleboard or canoe through nearby Big Redfish Lake and enjoy the quiet beauty of this peaceful setting. Hike or bike along the 19 miles of The Timpoochee Trail and top of your day with a double scoop of delicious ice cream at The Blue Mountain Creamery.
