Home Truths:
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom is currently out of order.
- No Boulder Lake Club passes are provided, but passes can be purchased before check-in. The rates are $25 per person per day, $125 for 4 people for 4 days, or $150 for 4 people for 7 days. The Club features access to the lake/beach, pool, volleyball, tennis, boat/watersport rentals, and more.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Great house

The house was great to stay in. Room for everyone. Minus the TV not working properly for the first day and half and getting snowed in without a TV it was a great trip.

Family Thanksgiving Gathering & Sis 50th Bday

Thank you to our super host !! The home was well equipped and we enjoyed all the extras. We loved the pancakes with syrup and all the toiletries. The boys enjoyed the poolroom and the views in the den were lovely. We had Super host very thoughtful and generous. The views oversaw a lake and ski slopes. We loved the decor very charming and the craftsmanship superb We definitely recommend this home

It was clean and well-stocked. There were several lights out and the toilet tank is leaking on the first floor. Other than that it was great.

Good for larger groups

It was large enough for our group of 7 Adults and clean enough upon arrival, minus a load of laundry left in the dryer and 2 of the garbage cans not emptied out. The bathroom plumbing needs to be addressed as you stand in your own dirty water when you shower as the drains are either plugged or useless. Pool table was not level so really couldn't even play and it's a cramped space so short cue would be needed on many shots. Good layout, lots of space for the 7 of us to sit around. All and all Okay but not 5 stars.

Awesome Property!

We were very happy with this home for our early family Thanksgiving get together. There are three floors with one bathroom on each floor. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, a master bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms on the lower level. This gave us a great mix of beds and floors for everyone to use. Just note, the dining room table is only big enough for about 6 people. We had brought our own folding table and some folding chairs to accommodate the extra people we had for our Thanksgiving meal. There are also four stools next to the table at the kitchen counter so you can fit up to 10 people sitting and eating without bringing extra. The location of the house was very convenient to the slopes (within walking distance out of the back door with your gear) if you are there for skiing. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Recommendations.

The neighborhood where the Twin Waters at Lake Harmony is located has strict parking policies. The listing indicated there were only two spaces at the home. It also said there was on-street parking, but that is not allowed. Recommend that the listing indicate there is overflow parking located a short distance away. At the unit, there should be an information sheet inside the front door, with the parking passes near it. The sheet should explain the colors of the passes and their use. There should also be a map to the overflow lots. It should also mention that failure to comply with the policies will result in vehicles being towed with a $400 impound fee. Fortunately for us, we spoke with security and they explained the policies to us and led us to the overflow lots.
