We've meticulously designed this house with your vacation experience in mind, aiming to create a retreat for relaxation and convenience, while also providing everything you need to enjoy the local beach and bay lifestyle.


THE SPACE

The Bohemian was thoughtfully designed to offer all the modern amenities while maintaining a welcoming yet vibrant atmosphere.

Upon arriving, you'll find ample street parking.

The private entrance, equipped with a lock box for easy self check-in, ensures a hassle-free arrival.

Before entering the front door to The Bohemian, you will be greeted with a private patio area so you can sit outside and enjoy the coastal Crown Point air.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed into the brightly lit, bohemian themed master bedroom. The fully stocked bathroom with a walk in shower is accessed through the master bedroom.

In the next room you will find the stylishly designed living room and open concept kitchen. Enjoy the widescreen TV from the couch or from the bar while you enjoy a homecooked meal.

Through the hallway you will find the second bedroom which is a brand new addition to the space, complete with new furniture and relaxing bohemian decor.

Inside The Bohemian, you'll discover:

Master Bedroom: A serene, brightly lit bohemian retreat featuring a queen bed, air conditioning, a closet equipped with a fan and drawer storage and direct access to the fully equipped bathroom.

Guest Room 1: A cozy room with a brand new comfy queen mattress, roomy closet, dresser and brand new furnishings and decor.

A full bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and all the essentials provided.
Trendy living room with a new couch and widescreen TV.

A spacious kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals to share together.


OUTDOOR OASIS

Your private patio is located just outside the entrance to The Bohemian, ideal for enjoying the ambiance of Crown Point.

You’ll also have access to 2 bikes, perfect for exploring the local area.


GUEST ACCESS

You will have full and private access to the entire guest home and patio.



Rest assured, our hosts are here for you 24/7, ready to answer any questions or swiftly address any concerns that may arise during your stay. However, we understand the importance of your uninterrupted relaxation, so unless our presence is needed or requested in person, we respect your privacy to ensure you fully enjoy your stay without unnecessary interruptions.

Just a heads-up: When you check in, we'll put a $500 hold on your credit card that you used to book your stay. This hold will be released within 72 hours after you check out, provided everything's in good shape.

Also, In the event of a cancellation by the guest, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, minus any credit card processing fees.
