Welcome to Mirador, a newly built unit in Canmore conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Featuring stunning views of Canmore, it is ideal for family or friend reunions. The spacious layout includes a large living area with a fireplace and TV, alongside a fully equipped kitchen. With 4 bedrooms ( 5 beds ), each accompanied by its bathroom, Mirador promises comfort and convenience for your stay.

The Space:
Discover a spacious and modern retreat, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and style. The tastefully designed decor blends contemporary and cozy elements, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.

This retreat boasts four bedrooms: one with a king bed, two with queen beds, and one with a bunk bed (two double beds). Each bedroom features plush bedding and ample storage space, ensuring a restful stay. There are also four bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.

The open-concept common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a dining area perfect for gatherings. Guests can also enjoy a private outdoor space with a BBQ and a cozy seating area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

The clean, bright, and inviting aesthetic makes this the perfect home away from home for your next getaway.

Guest Access:
From Bow Valley Trail, turn onto 2nd Ave. The building is named Raven's Peak (Black and Yellow building). Follow the laneway around the building to reach the rear drive aisle. Look for signage indicating unit 103 by the garage.

The garage is set up for ski/snowboard/bike storage. There isn't enough space for a vehicle. Street parking is available in front of the building, but it is not designated, so be prepared to park a short distance from the condo.

The Neighborhood:

Convenient pedestrian walkways to downtown are located across the street. Between Spice Hut and Buster's Pizza & Donair, there is a pathway that leads directly to the grocery stores and downtown area.

Getting Around:

The place was ideal for my family of eight. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was fully stocked with what you needed. Everything was very clean. The location was perfect. We could walk downtown and lots of restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

This property is in a PERFECT location, with a very nice view of the mountains from the third story balcony. The property was pristine clean, with plenty of space and everything needed. Very short walk into Canmore (MUCH preferred the town of Canmore to Banff). VERY quick and easy communication with the owner/manager...and they were very helpful. Would absolutely recommend this property, with only one caveat...This is a three story unit, with a bedroom/bathroom/laundry on first floor. Three bed/bath on the second floor, and the kitchen and living/common area on the the third floor...with a nice balcony. When we were there, I would say high temps during the day probably reached upper 70s. The third floor has great windows, but the sun hits them pretty directly...and the A/C unit could not keep the third floor cool for our last three days. It seems to constantly during the day be 84F or so. The manager mentioned they have some window coverings on order, are looking at the size of the unit upstairs, etc. They dropped off two fans to help, but the third floor was still hot. The second and first floor have similar A/C units...and all the rooms have fans...so it wasn't really an issue. Other than this, the house was PERFECT. Hopefully they can get the third floor A/C situation figured out...since it's really a great space to hang out, etc.

Our week in the Canadian Rockies

This townhouse was more than we expected. Located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants near downtown area. Well furnished and comfortable. 4 bedrooms AND 4 baths a real plus. The large kitchen and living area made for a lot of fun gatherings. Great location for drives to Banff, Lake Louise and many other outstanding places to visit.

Very nice stay

Townhouse was very nice, good location. Everything was well stocked and every appliance worked well. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Would be better if check out was 11:00. There are a lot of stairs for older folks like us but our younger family members were fine .
