Summary:

Newly renovated 2BR/1BA condo in few minutes walk to the beach. It is located in the heart of Myrtle beach near Uptown downtown Market commons with upscale restaurants and boutiques.

*Less then 5 min drive to the airport

*10min drive to Broadway at the beach and main attractions.

*Walmart is 5 streets away.

*Fully stocked kitchen, sleeps up to 6 guests.

*PET OWNERS: pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2nd floor (must climb stairs)

* 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Very spacious condo.

*2 King beds, 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics.

*Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and smart TV's available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee per pet. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Shared laundry room on the premisses.

*Only 1 parking spot available.

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

Baseball tournament stay

I booked this location with the intention of staying for the full three day weekend while attending a baseball tournament for my son. Unfortunately, we were only able to remain at the property for five hours due to the overwhelming odor of drugs at 3:00 AM and excessive noise and music at 6:00 AM from other units and the courtyard. Given these conditions, we felt it was unreasonable and unsafe to stay, especially with a child present. We had to scramble at the last minute to find suitable accommodations elsewhere.

An honest review

I love thay they allow pets. Our dogs are our children. We did have to pay a decent pet fee for them to stay which we were more than willing to pay. The location was great. It is quick walk across the street to the beaches, 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. The parking lot is often frustrating. They have a gravel lot with a concrete parking curb. It needed more defined parking spaces. We had to knock on several doors throughout the week we were there to have people move over so we could pull into our spot. It seemed to be an ongoing issue that everyone had. It seems to be a safe area. We did not have issues with people messing with our car. The biggest complaint is they left 1 small towel per person to use all week long. No extra trash bags to take the garbage out wirh. No oven mits to use while cooking, Barely any cookware. 1 dish towel to use all week. 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. The furniture is cheap. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. 1 pillow per person. My mother went to sit down at the kitchen table to eat dinner and the chair broke out from under her and she hit the floor with her plate of food. Thankfully she was not hurt. It was pretty quite after 10pm except one or two nights which were the weekend. The host responded quickly when I needed to reach out to her. We enjoyed our atay for the most part but I probably would not stay again due to the fact of it only having basic necessities.

I’m really glad to hear you enjoyed the location, felt safe, and that the pet-friendly setup worked well for your family—we totally get that pets are part of the family too. Also happy to hear communication was smooth during your stay! I’m really sorry about the chair incident and so relieved your mom wasn’t hurt. That’s definitely not the kind of experience I want for my guests, and I’ve taken care of it to make sure it doesn’t happen again. I appreciate the honest feedback on the supplies. I do provide starter items like one roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, and some basic linens—but guests are always encouraged to bring any extras they might need for longer stays. That said, I’ll definitely look into adding more cookware and improving the kitchen basics. And I hear you on the parking—thanks for the heads-up. I’m working on ways to make the spaces more clearly defined. Thanks again for staying and for the helpful feedback. Sorry to hear I might not see you again, but I’m glad you enjoyed parts of the trip, and I wish you all the best on future getaways!
