The Space:
At Avenue Plaza you’re close enough for all the fun of Bourbon Street, but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the Garden District. Step into your Studio unit that is 352-380 sq ft! In the open living room there is a queen bed (varies), and this unit can accommodate up to 2 guests! With a mini kitchen and a dining area, you have the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. With amenities and access to all that New Orleans is famous for, you’re sure to make wonderful memories!

Small grocery store at end of the block; restaurants within walking distance.

Valet parking is available on-site for $20.24 per night for owners and $50.60 per night for guests. Self-parking is not available.

This is a time-share hotel. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
