Welcome to Sky Vista - relax & enjoy the beautiful panoramic views while staying at this private shipping container tiny home nestled in the hillside of Hocking Hills on a 13-acre estate.

Our high-end amenities, peaceful surroundings, and special added touches make this more than just a stay but a beautiful experience you’ll remember for years to come. Enjoy the breathtaking views, lounge in the hot tub, and sit by the fire pit while feeling at peace and gazing at the stars.

Sky Vista is a modified container tiny home and is part of the BeHome family of properties (@behome_cle), perched on a hill overlooking the beautiful Hocking Hills forest, is the perfect getaway. Whether you spend time outside on our gigantic deck or inside keeping cozy staring out the large windows, it provides views of the surrounding hills and valleys like few other properties can.

Brand new and constructed in 2024, this container home with a built in edition has 2 bedrooms and 2 bath, along with a kitchen and family room. It’s modern and cozy with huge windows throughout. We built a larger than life deck to maximize your enjoyment.

Sky Vista offers an ideal launching pad for exploring the best of Hocking Hills while also offering easy access to the Logan area and other area conveniences.

We are animal lovers and allow 1 dog (maximum) at the cabin. Dog needs to be over 1 year old, less than 60 lbs, fully house trained, and guests must be willing to adhere to rules around having a dog at the cabin (see below). Dogs are $30/day.

COMFORT: Sky Vista offers two full size bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom. Fast/reliable Starlink WiFi and in-unit laundry are provided. Sky Vista also has immense outdoor space (both covered and uncovered) that includes hot tub, seating, fire pit area, and propane grill.

CONVENIENCE: Located in the heart of the Hocking Hills region. Easy, quick access to Hocking Hills favorites, including Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave, Conkle's Hollow, Cedar Falls, and more! Abundant beauty and hiking to enjoy year round. Also convenient for Hocking Hills activities, such as zip lining, trail riding, rock climbing, and many others!

Guests can quickly access the best hikes that Hocking Hills State Park offers:

- 8.0 miles or 12 minute drive to Hocking Hills State Park
- 8.0 miles or 12 minute drive to Ash Cave
- 9.8 miles or 15 minute drive to Cedar Falls
- 11.8 miles or 19 minute drive to Old Man's Cave
- 8.9 miles or 14 minute drive to Zaleski State Forest
- 12.7 miles or 18 minute drive to Lake Hope

CLEANLINESS: We employ local professional cleaners who understand that our guests want to immediately settle in and feel confident that the cabin is up to their standards.

Sky Vista balances the desired seclusion and proximity to the trails, caves, and waterfalls that many guests seek. Come to play, come to relax in the countryside, or come to explore, Sky Vista container cabin has you covered!

A few requests for guests reserving the cabin:
- Guest making reservation must be 25 years or older to rent the cabin and be present for the duration of the stay.
- The cabin is a non-smoking property, which includes any use of tobacco, natural, and/or vaping inside the cabin.
- Parties/large events are not allowed at the cabin. Violations can result in guests being removed from the property without refund.
- If bringing a dog, please read under "Other Things To Note" for information on bringing a dog to the cabin. Thank you!

FOR DOG OWNERS: Please make an honest assessment of whether your dog would be a good fit for the cabin based on the following criteria and house rules.

Requirements: We have a maximum dog occupancy of one (1).

Dog must be…
- Fully house trained.
- At least one (1) year old.
- Spayed or neutered.
- Less than 60 lbs.
- Up to date on flea and tick medication.
- Must NOT be a heavy shedding breed.

House Rules:
- No dogs on furniture without pet blankets (we provide these).
- Leash dogs while outside to protect neighbors, other dogs, and wildlife.
- Crate your dog when they’re alone indoors. Please bring a crate.
- Wipe off wet/muddy paws; towels will be provided for this. Towels provided for guests are NOT to be used for cleaning or drying dog.
- Pick up dog waste, bag/tie, and place inside one of the covered bins outside. Bags will be provided.
- Report any damages or complaints to us right away.
- Hosts retain the right to require immediate removal of any dog if the animal is being disruptive, causing damage, posing a risk to people or other animals, or for other major violations.
- Guest agrees that any damage or injury caused by their dog(s) to our property or other guest pets, or to any persons is the sole responsibility and liability of the pet owner.

Dog Fees:
$30 per dog per night, due after your dog/s have been approved. You’ll receive an email requesting payment of any outstanding pet fees. Dog fees are not applied to extra cleaning costs or damage repairs. Dog fees must be paid within one week of reservation being made or, if reservation is made within one week of check-in date, dog fees must be paid within 24 hours of making reservation.
Dog Deposits:
$200, fully refundable. Deposit will be returned within one week after check-out, less any charges for damages, extra cleaning or other pet-related costs. Damages and/or excess cleaning beyond $200 may be pursued utilizing VRBO's reimbursement process.
