Condo en bord de mer exceptionnel à Sierrra del Mar Los Arcos

Rincon del Sol est situé au sein de la célèbre Sierra del Mar à Los Arcos gated community. Les clients bénéficieront de privilèges exclusifs au Private Beach Club. En plus de la plage privée immaculée, le Beach Club dispose d'un café, d'une salle de sport, d'une piscine, d'un jacuzzi et d'un sauna. Le Beach Club propose une cuisine délicieuse et est un endroit idéal pour prendre le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner.
Ricon del Sol a également une piscine d'eau salée directement en face du condo. Achevé à l'automne 2015, le complexe est à 15 minutes au sud de la zone romantique de Puerto Vallarta.
Le condo a 2 chambres avec vue sur l'océan; chacune avec une salle de bain avec douche. Le canapé sectionnel de la salle multimédia comprend 2 lits jumeaux et une salle de bains privative avec douche. Le sectionnel de la salle des médias est probablement le meilleur pour 1 enfant ou adolescent. Remarque: le condo est idéal pour les enfants de 10 ans et plus. Le grand balcon face à l'océan, avec grill, s'étend sur tout le devant de l'unité. Téléviseurs avec satellite dans la salle multimédia, chambre principale et 2e chambre. VUE INCROYABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best Vacation Ever

This stay was our best and most relaxing vacation we ever had. The condo was beautiful with everything you would ever need ! It was our first time staying a bit further away from town but now we prefer this location.With a beautiful beach at your door step, multiple pools, and a beach bar for your hunger cravings.They even make the pizza sauce from scratch when you order. We also used the BBQ on our balcony a few times. Alfredo was very helpful and we also used the convenience of the grocery delivery. We can’t wait to come back. Ubers were easy to get and also Todd the owner was very easy and fast to communicate with.Thank you for the use of your beautiful home !

South shore beauty

The south shore of PV is a quiet, classy and laid back destination, and Todd's condo is the quintessential example of that. Everything you ever need is in the condo...if not, Alfredo your concierge will find it for you. The pool, beach chairs, beach club made for relaxing days. It's a quick Uber or cab to PV if you want the stimulation. Stayed for 3 weeks...could have used another! Thanks Todd.

So many good things to say about this place. Communication was great. The details and prior reviews were spot on. We loved the location and the views were spectacular. The property condition, layout and features are hard to beat. Add the view and the owner and support team and you have the ingredients for a perfect stay. We found our expectations exceeded at every turn, whether due to owner flexibility and responsiveness or the onsite team accommodating our requests. This is a pretty magical place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

Very Impressive

Our "all adult" family stayed here for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it! (Mom, Auntie and 3 young adults) Fantastic condo with first class amenities, and a short Uber or bus ride to everything else. It's about 20 minutes outside of Old Town and close to Mismoloya Beach and the Bocca Trail hiking area. It was seamless to get where-ever we wanted to go. Huge thanks to Todd and Alfredo for making everything perfect for us!

Bliss on a beach

Gorgeous condo perched above the ocean. Exceptional facilities and staff. We even met some owners who shared some of the history and made recommendations for things to see and do. Spend your days on the deck taking in the view or lay about at the beach with a margarita in hand. Todd was also a most accommodating host -- everything went smoothly because of his attention to detail. Hasta luego!

Perfect

This Condo was absolutely amazing! Furnished perfectly, great spacious kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and veranda. I wouldn't change a thing about it. The infinity pools were also perfect. Todd was very helpful and thorough in all the directions and details of the condo. The beach club had great ceviche, drinks and breakfasts. Nothing negative to write, they have a nice little gym and perfectly quiant beach that is small enough to keep a safe eye on your kids. My 12 and 10 year old kids were in heaven. We kayaked out to Los Arcos early every morning before all the big tourist boats came in, way more peaceful!!!

Perfect Week!

Our only hesitation about writing this review is that we want to keep this beautiful property to ourselves. We have been traveling to Puerto Vallarta regularly for the past twenty years. Have stayed in hotels and rented houses - from Punta Mita to Mismaloya. Have stayed at the Four Seasons, the St. Regis, Garza Blanca, and rented houses in the hills of Conchas Chinas. Not a single visit has ever come close to our stay at this property. From the beautiful architecture, to the well-appointed condo, the beautiful beach club, the pools, and private beach. Everything was exceptional. The concierge service was top notch and the owner was responsive, caring and sensitive to our needs and expectations. Cannot wait to visit again.

Luxurious holiday

Condo was clean, well equipped on every level, exactly as pictured on the website. Both Todd and Jorge communicated efficiently. Our flight was delayed but Jorge arranged transportation to be waiting at the airport and he met us at the condo. The groceries we ordered were in the condo on our arrival. Top notch service! Cleaning service was excellent. We enjoyed watching the whales from our balcony. The only disappointment was the lack of sun on our balcony and our pool area. All in all a wonderful experience!

Breath of heaven!

I have to re-iterate what the previous reviewer had to say! The condo is beautiful. The nano doors opening onto the large balcony create the feeling of being right on the ocean! No detail has been overlooked, and it is very easy to spend the entire time in the condo, or on the property. The beach and pools are immaculately maintained and extremely private, used mainly by the owners. Not a vendor in sight! Beautiful hiking nearby and easy access to PV, Mismaloya and Boca via the bus (every 10 minutes for 80 pesos!) or taxi. I have waited to write this review, as I selfishly would have liked to keep this property secret!

Absolutely Exceptional!

Todd's condo is terrific. It is in a great location, is beautifully furnished, extremely well equipped and had all of the amenities we needed for our vacation. We enjoyed a week at this condo using the gorgeous infinity pool and hot tub and relaxing on the balcony which has stunning views of the Pacific. The neighbors in the building were very friendly and Fabiola at the condo office provided excellent assistance. She booked Rhythms of the Night for us. She also organized a panga rental for the day and we enjoyed snorkeling at Majahuitas and ceviche at Tres Amigos on the beach in Yelapa. Todd was an outstanding owner to work with and provided us with good information in advance. We have stayed in VRBO properties in various parts of the world and this was our best stay yet. We recommend Todd's condo without reservation.

Beautiful Mexican Oasis

My husband and I spent a week at Rincon del Sol in early March. It was an absolutely lovely vacation. From the minute we walked into the condo and heard the sound of the waves, we knew we were somewhere special. The condo was luxurious, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view of the ocean from the condo was wonderful and added to the tranquility and serenity of the property. We enjoyed relaxing on the large, beautiful deck and swimming in the salt water infinity pool directly in front of the condo. The beach club is only short walk away where we enjoyed swimming and kayaking at the private beach. The meals at the beach club restaurant were excellent and very reasonably priced. We went into Puerto Vallarta for dinner and shopping a few times. We used taxis and the bus service. If you’re looking for a quiet Mexican oasis this is the place. We will definitely be back. Thank you Todd for sharing your condo with us and for all your help.

Wonderful!

We had such a great family vacation at this wonderful condo! I can't say enough good things about the overall experience. The condo itself is very comfortable and has everything you need in fact you don't really need to leave? Sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the ocean right out your door. The property is safe, and includes the Beach Club which is a great little cafe/bar, with a pool and the private beach. They have kayaks, SUP, etc and you can kayak to Los Acros very easily from the Beach Club. I thought I'd be cooking a lot but the food was so good and reasonably priced that we ate there for breakfast and some lunches every day. The condo building also has a pool/hot tub that my sons loved and spent a lot of time in. The grounds are beautiful and everyone is very friendly and caring. I researched a lot of places and so glad I found this gem. Todd, the owner, is available and friendly for any questions or information you need. Enjoy and make great family memories!

Stop looking. This is where you want to stay!

Wow. Just wow. We travel a bit, and usually stay at 4-5 star hotels. We have had to adjust our rating system now, as Todd's place is 6 stars! The place is immaculate and absolutely made our stay. The location is great -- far enough away that it is quiet, but only a 10 minute cab ride into town. The pools were beautiful. You can sleep with the sliding doors wide open, hear the ocean, and enjoy complete privacy and security. Todd gave us very helpful tips, like stopping to get groceries on the way from the airport, and telling all cab drivers Sierra del Mar is "just past the bungee place" (they all immediately knew where to go). The food at the club was as outstanding -- good or better than the restaurants, and the staff/service was exceptional. We made friends with several residents, who were all very welcoming: one even took us to the Saturday market. I can't speak highly enough about the place or our trip. I echo the sentiment that this is the best place I've stayed with a VRBO, and I hope Todd will have us back.

Wonderful property!

Really beautiful condo - great views, well stocked, tastefully decorated, very clean, comfortable, and lots of room. Loved hearing the waves hit the rocks right below the deck. Everyone at the complex was so helpful and nice - residents, other guests, and employees. Great beach club with very reasonable prices at the restaurant and food was so good! We swam in ocean, snorkeled, and kayaked using complimentary equipment at beach club. Condo is fairly close to where all the boats take people to snorkel at Los Arcos. We saw others who had called water taxi that picks you up right there on beach. Fitness room was large with plenty of equipment and two TV's. Pools were super clean and wonderful! Todd responded quickly to all our questions and provided tips/suggestions for all our needs. Having a rental car was well worth it as condo is not close to town, but there seemed to be plenty of buses going by with other tourists utilizing them. Internet company was working issues the week we were there and Todd was helpful with that. Our AT&T cell phones worked great there. Would go back in a heartbeat!!

Seaside Perfection

I almost want to keep this gem of a condo all to myself! After renting beautiful places in Hawaii, Puerto Vallarta, and Costa Rica over the years, there was always a little something missing—something that made me long for the comforts of home. But this time, I felt utterly pampered; it had more than I could ever need. The condo's decor was straight out of an interior design magazine—everything tasteful and luxurious. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. It wasn't just a distant ocean vista; it felt like we were sailing on the water itself. The unexpected daily cleaning service was the icing on the cake. Not only was our place spotless, but the cleaning lady even organized my cosmetics, making everything easy to find. The condo complex boasts its own beach club with incredibly affordable options for breakfast and lunch. Our daily highlight was visiting the Amixtli Restaurant. Sure, we could have driven to the city center for dinner, but Amixtli was so fantastic, we found ourselves returning night after night. The staff was exceptionally friendly, even playing chess with my son to keep him entertained during a rainy visit. An important tip for ocean lovers: stay in this area. We spent a week at Marina Vallarta's Shangri La, where the water was noticeably dirtier compared to the pristine South Shore. Here, we kayaked and snorkeled near Los Arcos, which was an unforgettable experience. I'm already looking forward to returning. Thank you, Todd!

Fabuloso!!!

I am a veteran VRBO user/fan, and I would have to say that this condo wins for BEST rental ever! The photos look great, but the real deal is even more unbelievable. You can not capture the setting and atmosphere in just a few pictures. You really need to book this condo to enjoy your time in Puerto Vallarta!!! The location of the property is phenomenal, the decoration is simply exquisite and the attention to detail is unbeatable. You can hang out on your private deck, use the building pool or go to the clubhouse pool/restaurant if you want some more action. All the time enjoying the most incredible views of the ocean... There is also a small private beach with plenty of lounge chairs and you have the use of kayaks and paddleboards to cruise out to Los Arcos. We explored the entire Puerto Vallarta area by car driving further south by an hour and as far north as Punta de Mita. There are several types of hotels, condos or houses that you can choose for your vacation. After no debate, we decided that our set-up was the best! You can go into town for some nightlife and then you are happy to escape back home to your own private paradise. Todd, the owner, is incredibly responsive, helpful and caring. He ensured that all went well. His efforts made our family vacation a memorable one- mil gracias!

Gorgeous Condo with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips, Exceptional View

We stayed at Todd's condo from January 16-21st. First of all, we have rented many VRBO's over the last few years...this one was the absolute best in every aspect. Todd was fantastic at replying to any questions we had prior to the visit. When we got to the condo we could not have been more impressed with the cleanliness and beauty of the grounds. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The condo itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is available. The patio was so beautiful and spacious. This is where we spent much of our time. The views were incredible . We also spent a lot of time at the Beach Club. The menu has something for everyone's tastes. We ordered wood fired pizza's one night and watched them make our crust from scratch. The beach is immaculate and the views of Los Arcos are to die for. We met some of the other condo owners, and they could not have been more gracious and welcoming. When we wanted to go to town we just asked the security officer to call a cab and they were there in minutes. We also took the bus to Mismaloya, which we caught on the road directly behind the condo. For 8 pesos you can take the bus to any of it's stops. Fabiola, who works at Sierra Del Mar, arranged a boat to pick us up right on our beach one day. Luis and Manny were wonderful tour guides for us. We saw so many whales. We also went to Yelepa, which we highly recommend. Beautiful little village to the south....only accessible by boat. Thank you again Todd for opening your beautiful condo to people like us, who would never get the opportunity to stay in such an amazing place. We would give you 100 stars instead of 5 if we could!!

Beautiful Setting....but

This is a wonderful condo. This unit section has its own pool and hot tub, however for the month we stayed the hot tub was not working. There is another pool at the beach club that is a bit smaller and does have a hot tub. However, if you have children or adults that like to even quietly celebrate do not swim in the units pool or make any noise on the outdoor veranda, especially from dusk to evening. The permanent neighbors will complain about most any noise. We had visiting us for 4 days 3 grandchildren, ages 6 and 22 months. We received several demanding emails with reported noise at 7pm and we were asked that there be no noise in the evenings from 8pm on. (the rules say no excessive noise after 11) This would include the veranda and the pool area. Another was at 9:45 and the children were swimming and the guy upstairs came out blowing a very loud horn telling them to shut up. It was verified by other neighbors that they were not being loud at all. This went on for 3 days with this neighbor. It was very upsetting and ruined this part of our vacation, and the $$$$ spent there for a month was expensive for having to basically tip toe around and be monitored and harassed. Our son decided to move to a hotel. So this is just a heads up if you want to make ANY noise in the condo or at the pool go somewhere else. I was told that voices travel up and they cant have any loud voices. Are we supposed to whisper? Todd did apologize for this person and did say he had received information that we were quiet and the complaint was not justified. He obviously has problems with this neighbor. I feel bad for Todd as this was a very frustrating time for him, but I think it important to give a "heads up" in this report. A 10!

If I could rate Todd's condo a 10 I would! It is an exquisite place to stay, and beats everything we have rented around the world. The pictures do not do the condo justice: it is beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and roomy and spacious! The views from the outdoor patio are magnificent day and night (the entire water-facing wall of the condo is windows, so you get to take in the views inside too), the breezes from the ocean are soothing, and the water of both the ocean and the pool are refreshing. The building has only 10 condos, is well appointed in the public spaces, and is very very quiet. These 10 condos share an infinity pool (large enough to do small laps in), and the deck of the pool is equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a few tables and chairs. This gated complex includes a Beach Club only a few minutes walk from the condo. The Beach Club has an exercise room (air-conditioned), restaurant (very inexpensive and delicious meals for breakfast and lunch, but you can place an order to take something back for dinner, if you wish), a bar (serving delicious tropical cocktails), its own infinity pool and lounging area off the restaurant and bar) and wheel-chair accessible access to the beach. The beach is formed by two rocky jetties on which are perched (on one of the jetties at least) lounge chairs and umbrellas, and lounge chairs and umbrellas are available on the beach. The staff is attentive to your needs, helping you with just about everything. There's a supply of beach towels in the condo (that stay in the condo/pool area) and at the beach (which stay in the beach club area). Los Arcos is visible from all sites. Paddle boards and kayaks and life jackets are available for free, and it's not far to kayak to Los Arcos for snorkeling (we brought our own snorkeling gear). Good to do this in the early morning before the tour boats arrive at Los Arcos. The complex recommends some restaurants in the area, many of them in town, but we decided that since we drive in traffic everyday to curtail our driving on vacation, and stuck to restaurants in the immediate area, like Le Kliff and the botanical garden. Todd is a saint and is very helpful throughout the entire rental process even after arrival. Not only is the staff terrifically helpful, but the neighbors are very nice too. Take Todd's advice and do your grocery shopping on the way from the airport to the condo (we rented a car for our stay). Memories of the view + calm linger!

This is our 2nd property in the Puerto Vallarta area. We fell in love with the South Shore. Sierra del Mar at Los Arcos is an incredible gated community. The grounds and location are amazing.
