 Situé directement sur la plage au très populaire Carlos Pointe Beach Club à l'extrémité sud de la plage de Fort Myers et à distance de marche du parc national de Lover's Key. Ce condo de deux chambres / deux salles de bain non-fumeur est une unité de coin qui a été magnifiquement rénové. Ces rénovations comprennent une toute nouvelle cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux meubles de haute qualité, y compris une grande télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces et un lecteur DVD! Notre condo de coin a ajouté de l'espace pour accueillir les clients SIX. Le salon, la salle à manger et la véranda sont plus grands que les condos standards du Carlos Pointe Beach Club. Les chambres des maîtres et des invités sont également équipées d'un téléviseur à écran plat. Notre condo est décoré avec un flair floridien et est très bien entretenu; donc vous pouvez être sûr d'un séjour de vacances très confortable! Le condo a Internet haute vitesse sans fil afin que vous puissiez surfer sur le web tout en étant assis sur le balcon dans le magnifique tout en regardant le magnifique éclat du golfe du Mexique! Cette unité est située au 3ème étage et est livré avec une vue absolument imprenable sur la plage et le golfe depuis le balcon sur toute la longueur. Ce club de plage est idéal pour les familles avec une piscine pétillante, l'accès au golfe et notre belle plage de sable!

La propriété est proche d'excellents restaurants via Lee Tran Trolley, un court trajet en voiture ou à pied. Les attractions locales telles que les parcs à thème, mini-golf, parachute ascensionnel, location de kayak, excursions, pêche sont tous disponibles. Le shopping est au-delà de la croyance avec le centre commercial et une variété de marchés à une courte distance. Idéalement situé dans les stades d'entraînement du printemps pour les Twins du Minnesota et les Red Sox de Boston.

C'est vraiment une destination familiale avec plus que suffisamment d'activités disponibles pour divertir tout le monde pendant une semaine ou plus. Le temps de Fort Myers Beach et le sable abondant feront pour une excellente expérience de vacances!

Perfect Location-Fantastic Condo-Great Communication!

I was very impressed with the condominium and all the room that it had. The beds were extremely comfortable and I also liked how quiet it was in the building we stayed at. Perfect for 2 couples

This condo is perfect for 2 couples. We each had our own bath off the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped so we made most of our own meals. The location is perfect, close to Lovers Key Park and far from the hubbub at Time Square. A wonderful experience!

Very clean. Non-crowded beach. Any questions or issues we had were taken care of quickly. Condo was as expected. Our first time to Fort Myers Beach. While we prefer Destin, PCB area, this was a nice getaway to try something new.

1 week at Carlos Point Condo's

Easy to find and get into our room. Owner was a great communicator. Beds were comfy. Couch was a little to soft, but who sits during vacation! Screened porch was fantastic - roomy enough for everyone to sit in and has great views. No disturbances of any kind. I forgot something when I left and the owner is helping me to get it back to me.

Fort Myers get away

The condo is on the south end of the island across from Lovers Key. The beach there faces both the open ocean and Lovers Key. The shelling was great, there were no crowds, the place was very family oriented. A pretty good walk to the water. Communication with the owners was great.

Great location - easy access from the south through Bonita Springs. Everything was clean. Kitchen is small but great. Building is well maintained. Pool and patio area is very nice. Easy walk to Lovers Key. Owner is very engaged and easy to talk to and work with. We hope to stay here again.

Our stay at the Carlos Pointe was wonderful. The condo so super neat and clean when we arrived. The view was wonderful! I have never had such wonderful communication with a condo owner. Marcia was very kind and wanted to make sure everything was going great with the rental. Having the small washer/dryer in the condo is GREAT! Even though you could only use it for small loads, it saved you the hassle of taking you laundry to and back from somewhere! I love the location because it was a gorgeous view, but not to far from Bonita Springs. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again if in the area!

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at Carlos Pointe before and love it more each time. Condo was lovely. Enjoyed the lanai. Walked to Lovers Key Park every morning. It is beautiful there. The beach was very nice as well as the pool. Weather was great too except for one day that it stormed. Traffic wasn't bad either. We will definitely be back!!

Happy Honeymoon

ocean front and view

This was not really a corner condo. The area was nice. The kitchen was updated and washer and dryer were new. The rest of the condo needed updating. We arrived and had to clean the floors which were very dirty with lots of hairs. There was a big long hair on the master pillow which lead me to believe the bedding had not been washed. The bathroom counters seemed dirty. Towels that were folded up in the bathroom vanity did not seem fresh. I was concerned if many of the towels had been used. There was a threat to charge per load of towels not washed before departure, so I feel this may make people use towels and put them back so they don't get charged for laundry. Once we cleaned the condo our selves the stay was ok. There was a lot of extra junk and poor quality and damaged utensils in the kitchen, Arby packets of ketchup, very old?, general sloppy housekeeping. If kept clean and more organized would be a good place to stay. I spoke with the owner and she thanked me for letting me know.She said if I would have let her know right away that she would have someone come clean, but we did not want to wait for that, so we cleaned the condo on our own.

Dear Connie, I would like to thank you for taking the time to review our condo. I am sorry that you did not like the furniture that was newly added to our condo last year. We chose to furnish the condo with a Floridian decor. I ask customers to notify me of any concerns; so that we may immediately remedy the problem(s). I know how important our guests' vacations are to them and I want it to be problem free and enjoyable. The south end of Fort Myers Beach is closest to the Lovers' Key National Park. Lovers' Key provides many choices of activities--walk the nature trails, ride the tram, go fishing, kayaking, bicycling and swimming. Ride the tram to the beach and the fishing area. Lovers' Key is just a short walk from our beach. Our beach at Carlos Pointe Beach Club is wide with white sand and a variety of shells including starfish and sand dollars. There are daily sightings of dolphins, seagulls, pelicans, and manatees-depending on the season. The sunsets are spectacular and the views from our condo are peaceful! Fort Myers Beach is a vacation spot for families.

Our condo at Carlos Pointe Beach Club is clean, has all the conveniences of home, and is extremely comfortable, and newly decorated. Relax by the pool or on the beach! The trolley stops across the street to head north to Times Square or Bowditch Park.
