Belle 5+ Bed 5 salle de bain complĂšte, avec piscine chauffĂ©e Superbe cuisine gastronomique, salon, grande salle familiale et salle des mĂ©dias vraiment cool ... La cuisine une superbe cuisine gastronomique avec des appareils haut de gamme, digne de tout chef cuisinier. Il est Ă©galement Ă  seulement 3-4 minutes de hampton est, de sag harbour et de bridge hampton town, .... Ce sont des Ă©crans plats dans toutes les chambres, la salle familiale et bien sĂ»r la salle multimĂ©dia. Le "+" dans la chambre 5+ est une 6Ăšme petite chambre avec un lit queen, complĂštement privĂ©e avec une bonne lumiĂšre, mais un peu petite pour ĂȘtre considĂ©rĂ©e comme une chambre pleine grandeur Reg # 18-734

Fantastic stay! Host was the most helpful and relaxed host we’ve ever dealt with. WiFi had issues and a quick call to the host resolved (although maybe some more bandwidth would be helpful!). Pool was beautiful, screened-in porch was absolutely perfect for hanging out with friends. About a 15 minute drive from Sag Harbor and 10 minutes to East Hampton made this the perfect spot to stay for our large group. House itself was beautiful, kitchen was huge and the various sitting areas meant we had no problem finding places to hang out.

We stayed at this house for a family vacation with my mom, my sisters and their families - 7 adults and 5 kids in all. The house fit us perfectly. The kids loved the red great room on the second floor and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, the large kitchen, the sun room and the pool. It was close to Main Beach, which was beautiful, as well as to the towns of Bridgehampton and East Hampton. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and communication with our host was wonderful :)

Quiet and relaxing!

We had a great weekend stay. The property was huge with so much open space for families to eat and enjoy their conversation. So many family room spaces to play board games and the sprawl out. The pool was a great size with a deep end for those who want to practice threading water. Kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils to host a big family get together. We had a great stay and will definitely book again.

Perfect Girls Weekend

Michael, is an excellent host. He called before check in to review the process. We arrived earlier than we anticipated, and he even accommodated an early check-in. The house was spacious and well taken care. Located in an easily accessible area for Ubers, and short distance to Main Street. We would absolutely rent again in the future!

Perfect girls getaway house

12 girls made every dinner reservation on time due to a beautiful bathroom connected to every single room! Perfect hosting house for kitchen hangouts, pool lounging & BBQing. Also, location is great - about 10-15 min from all nightlife & min away from beach! Also to mention, Mike was so easy to work with & answered any questions during our stay in a timely manor.

Amazing stay!!!!

This house was absolutely amazing! My friends and I have been coming to the Hamptons for the last few summers and this was our favorite house yet. It’s so much bigger than there pictures show and is so close to montauk Highway so it makes getting places convenient. Michael was also an amazing host! He called me the night before check in to go over details and met us for check in. I would definitely recommend this house to any group looking for a fun weekend away!

Excellent House, Excellent Weekend!

Our group had a great stay at Mike's house! The house was gorgeous and perfect for our group. It was also a mix of homey and very practical - the photos don't do it justice! The location is also close to town, restaurants, and the beach. It was also very easy and quick to get Ubers back and forth. Finally, we have to give it up for Mike who was always available to answer any questions and was generous and flexible with some special requests! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year! Thanks again, Mike!

An amazing property

We rented this house for a reunion of some college friends and it was incredible. The house is nicer and bigger than you'd think from just looking at the photos. It's very well appointed with great bathrooms, great bedroom space, and a media room that turns heads. There's several ways to play music (Sonos, Blutooth and direct from iPhones and iPads), and several settings that direct the sound all over the house including a way to play music on the generously sized screened in porch (that has tons of seating). There's also a terrific pool and a side yard with a hammock, some games and a gas grill. The house has a washer / dryer, towels and a great kitchen with a big island for prep or hanging out. Besides all that the location is fantastic as its minutes from East Hampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, the Wolffer Winery, two train stations, great places to eat and the beaches. I can't say enough good things. I'd rent it again in a second and encourage you to do the same.

Beautiful outside but inside it was dirty, floors, sinks, some sheets. Musty smelling with mold.

The pictures on line did show the obvious appointments that anyone would be drawn to. The house was musty and moldy smelling. Paint and woodwork needing a touch up. Floors and sinks still had dirt, or hair, or crumbs. All rugs were dirty and very spotted. Seating was abundant but couches smelled horrible. All sheets were not clean, mattresses were very old, bedding needs facelift, no hand towels or washcloths. All towels racks were either missing or very wobbly. The size was perfect, refrigerator was nice as was the stove. Porch furniture very dirty. Pool was lovely but not very clean. Abundant amount of tvs, landline came in handy, internet was ok. Should provide more than one key. Great proximity to the things we needed. We had ants in 3 bathrooms, throughout the kitchen, and in the main tv room. There were no extra hangars. Basically the house was photographed well, and the price was right.

Beautiful and spacious house

Our large family group had a great time at Michael's house. The rooms are big enough to gather as a large group but there's also room to spread out among several living spaces when needed. We loved the huge kitchen and screened-in patio. Would definitely recommend.

Great home for large groups!

12 of us stayed at this house for 2 nights during a wedding weekend. The house was huge - with enough beds for everyone to sleep. The kitchen was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. All bathrooms were extremely clean as well. We're already planning our next stay!

Great stay!

We rented this home for a long weekend getaway with our girlfriends and it was the perfect setting for a memorable weekend. Stunning home with a large pool great for relaxing. The kitchen was a big perk and made it easy to serve group dinners and breakfast. Plenty of bedrooms for all our friends and showers/baths were sizable. Perfect home for friends, family and hosting any large groups.

Overall we had a great stay and Michael was great and super responsive. The house felt clean just some parts seemed a little messy, especially the backyard. I know it was the winter so summer may be different. We would definitely stay again!

WORST OF ALL HOUSES WE HAVE STAYED IN THE LAST FOUR YEARS

I feel bad about writing a negative review of this house because I think the owner is a very nice guy with good intentions but I have to be honest. The upstair bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice but the downstairs although very spacious had stains on the very cheap thin carpets. My major complain was that the outside was a ugly mess. The lawn in the back yard and surrounding the pool was all weeds and dirt. Their was one ugly umbrella for six very uncomfortable lounge chairs. The pools sides had stained walls with paint peeling off. When you are spending most of your time outside all this matters. very short on pots and pans. My main complaint has to do with the back yard and pool area. This is because when you spend most of your time outside you want pretty surroundings and cofortable chairs to sit on. The grass is all weed and dirt. The gated pool has six lounge chairs with one very ugly flimsy umbrella and sitting on those chairs was like sitting on a rack, very uncomfortable.

Nice trip in the Hamptons.

We were a group of 11 and enjoyed our stay at Mike’s place. The kitchen is large and well equipped and there’s heaps of space in the house to spread out. Mike was quick to respond and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only improvement would be increasing the bandwidth of the WiFi to accommodate for such a large group.

Beautiful getaway to Easthampton

Mike the owner was very easy to communicate with and made everything go smoothly. House was very spacious and clean, had everything we needed. Excellent wifi and TVs work well. Location is excellent - short drive to town and to beach.
