We do most interactions with guests via email and text. The unit is self check in. If you need anything we are just a phone call away.

Pelican Porch is in the heart of St Joe Beach, Port St Joe's closest beach from town. We are about one block from the famous Shipwreck Restaurant and are located in a complex with only 5 other units. We own 4 of them so contact us if you're binging some friends!!

Guests get access to the whole townhome/condo.

Pelican Porch is one of Pitzer-Properties' 10 homes located in Port St Joe. This oceanfront townhome has a boardwalk attached to the complex so you are steps from the ocean. We own 4 units right here so bring along some friends! Pelican Porch is on the main level but is elevated on pilings, so there is one flight of stairs.

The open concept living area is spacious and includes a large living room, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. We offer a Roku TV with all streaming channels accessible for you to log into your account. Additionally, there's an electric fireplace, perfect for the winter months, and a washer and dryer discreetly situated in a closet. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, a large closet, and ample storage space, along with a full bathroom.

We provide many extras, including luxurious robes, complimentary coffee/tea, new high-end plush towels, and the softest sheets around. We also provide two beach chairs, one umbrella, and beach towels! It's truly a "pack your bag and head this way" kind of place!

Do not keep sliding glass door open if air is on.
TV is a Roku where you log into the apps and use your login info. We do not have local cable.

The beach view was stunning. Raeanna was very nice and worked with us on coming in sooner than we had planned. We got to stay at the Pelican porch for more days than we were going to and glad we did. It was wonderful and very relaxing. We will definitely stay again.

This is our 4th time staying here. We were sorry to have to give a negative review. Within our first 15 minutes in the unit we were greeted with not one but 2 large roaches, one in the kitchen and on inside the front door. I did reach out and was told that they could send someone out to spray. We have a small dog and didn't feel safe with chemicals being sprayed. The back porch had wires sticking out on both sides of the door were light use to hang. A motion detected light that was supposed to light up the back staircase was tapped up so it wouldn't work. The toilet rocked when you sat down. The unit looks like it has gone down.

Absolutely enjoyed our 10 day stay. Charming and comfortable oceanfront condo. Well maintained and the owners are obviously pet lovers. Simba loved the treats! This was our 7th straight season and next summer will be our 8th!

Cannot beat the location and the owner was very accomodating and easy to communicate with. It is pet friendly and we appreciated the big water bowl and treats. The unit is comfortable and cute inside but in need of some repairs. The slider door to the deck doesn’t open easily and the handle is barely hanging on, the deck has broken boards and needs to be refinished, the ice maker in the fridge didn't work, but a small portable one is on the counter. However we enjoyed the stay and the location very much.

We had an incredible stay at the beach—absolutely everything we needed to relax, reset, and reconnect. The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and just steps from the ocean. Mornings began with coffee on the porch, evenings ended with salt air and stargazing. Thoughtful touches throughout made us feel at home, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. A peaceful, restorative escape we’ll never forget!

My SO and I stayed here with our pup, and it was perfect! The view of the ocean is spectacular, and beach access was incredibly easy. We wanted minimal stairs and close access to make things easy with our dog, and this place definitely hit the mark! The unit was quite clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with pet supplies, kitchen supplies and bathroom necessities. My only small note would be that the couch is a bit too broken in and needs updating. But the huge wooden chairs on the deck were incredibly comfy and where we spent a lot of our time!Host is great and responsive and even helped me plan a surprise birthday cake to be in the room when we arrived for my SO, which he was thrilled by! The small town area is very quiet which was great for our anxious pup and if you're looking for some pet-friendly spots, definitely check out Krazyfish Grille for dinner and Shoobies frozen treats for dessert after!

If you’ve ever arrived at a VRBO and felt disappointed because the pictures didn’t live up to the actual place, that will not be the case with this condo! It was exactly as it was represented online and maybe even better. There are so many perks to staying here not to mention it is literally right on the beach. The decor was updated and comfortable. The bedding was so soft and luxurious. It was pristinely clean; the appliances seemed brand new because they were all spotless. Staying at such a clean place was very relaxing for me!There were thoughtful touches throughout like a dog bowl & snacks for our pup, games, snacks and coffee bar items. The owner provided everything we needed for a great day at the beach including chairs, an umbrella and towels.It was just me and my daughter and we both felt safe thanks to the motion sensor lights & the privacy walls on each side of the balcony. The keypad entry was easy. And the owner was quick to get back to me every time I had a question. I appreciated that. It’s just a few minutes from a large nice Dollar General and right down the street from the Shipwreck restaurant which was welcoming and delicious. If you need more, you are a few minutes away from Port Saint Joe. I love Mexico Beach because it is so quiet. You feel like you’re stepping back in time before the Florida coast became so busy. We were there during spring break but you would never have known it. I give this rental 5 million stars! We will definitely be back.
