Wonderful new years weekend with family

Prefect house for our family -grandparents, adult kids, grandkids. Shutyle to mountain works. Health club with pool and fitness machines was great. Kitchen was well appointed, lots of towels, house is in great shape. Owner was very communicative and welcoming. Thank you!

Summit View

This property is spectacular! Beautiful view of the mountains and well-stocked with anything you could possibly need. Carolyn, the owner, was easy to reach and always available and happy to answer questions. Kids aged 7, 12, 16, and 22 had so much to do with game room, hot tub on deck, and easy access - 5 min walk- to club with pool. There was something for everyone. We opened the door to wine, bottled water, maple syrup, and snacks. Keurig station stocked with ample pods to satisfy our group of 10 for five days. Tons of dry firewood at our fingertips. Cannot say enough. Thank you, Carolyn, for making our Christmas stay so memorable. House was already decorated for Christmas when we arrived. We would definitely book again!

Excellent!

The townhouse was very well appointed, great location, and very clean. Carolyn was very communicative and helpful. We stayed for two weeks for the Vermont Summer Festival Horse Show. Our beds were very comfortable and we all felt at home. Would definitely recommend!

Breathtaking views

This was our first trip to Vermont. We were hoping for a quiet, relaxing weekend away for the holiday. This stay exceeded our expectations beyond anything we could have expected. The home is beautiful, the hot tub was PERFECT, and the linens/pillows and the beds…. We could have slept forever it was so comfortable. Carolyn & Louis were the absolute best, and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for an amazing getaway. We will definitely be back again!!

Our home is located in the highly sought after Piper Ridge community! It’s only 5 minutes from Stratton Resort!

Piper Ridge community is located on Upper Taylor Hill Road. Piper Ridge is comprised of eighty-nine homes that enjoy unparalleled views of Stratton Mountain, Vermont.

Situated on approximately 100 acres, residents are surrounded by nature at this meticulously maintained property.

Amenities include a staffed clubhouse complete with an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, racquetball court, fitness center, and locker rooms with a sauna. Two tennis courts are situated near the clubhouse.

The lounge is also equipped with a wireless internet connection. Winter shuttle service to Stratton escorts residents throughout the day.

When the snow starts to fall, Piper Ridge community becomes a Winter Wonderland. Skiers hop on the Village Shuttle Bus. Non-skiers know how to enjoy winter, too: Sleigh rides, cross- country and snowshoe treks, snowmobiling and so much more.

In Spring, when the "frosting" melts, amazing wildlife and perennials start to emerge. A walk through the Piper Ridge community, showcases it all.

Our home stands out from the rest because we have gone to great lengths to keep the furnishings true mountain lodge style! The wooden furniture was all custom made specifically for our home. We love ski, mountain, and deer themed items, so these are what you will see throughout our home. Deer naturally shed their antlers, and I have purchased some antler items that were painted as accents. We also had two gorgeous antler chandeliers installed in the home as well.
Another way our home stands out is that it has a direct, Mountain View of Stratton Mountain and a private hot tub on our deck facing the mountain. It is hard to find homes with true, direct Mountain Views. Not only is ours so picturesque, you will enjoy the decor, art and amenities we have strived to fill the home with.
